I have been using Independent Tire since I moved to Charlotte in 2004, service is great, they will let you know what may be causing the problem with the vehicle and try to help you not over spend on repairs that aren’t necessary. Here at BINGO TIRE, they are a small family owned and operated independent tire/ service shop that prides themselves on customer service and hand selecting only the best New Tires and pre-owned inventory of used tires for resale. They do their very best to be fair and just with customers. I have to say this place IS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. there was an issue with and ENGINE PROBLEM AND THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO HELP BUT NOW HAVE DECIDED TO TURN IT AROUND AND MAKE IT RIGHT, however they stated the job would take a week. Stephon Moore dealt with manager Ken Snyder who has already taken $1000 and they have had the car since 1/22/18. its not professional to argue with customers then agree to stop service since they feel rushed when they have taken the money from you already. the car was in perfect condition just overheating out the blue engine blew out and they tried to place blame on customer now they dont want to make it right. this place needs to be reported to the better business bureau. out of a vehicle that was paid for out of pocket now destroyed and they are not willing to make it right.!!!!! at this rate no recommendation for service would ever be issued. We are African americans, he felt it was ok to take the money but now doesnt want to finish the job just because he was questioned in regards to the time frame that he has already passed!!!!!!!!!1
Ken Snyder is terrible management for Woodies auto. My car has been out of service for 2 months because of Ken Snyder and his lazy employees incompetence at Woodies auto. They stopped work on my vehicle just because I wasn't happy with them going over the expected time frame of me getting my car(reminder I already have been without for 2months). I have all rights to want answers, they Woodies auto did not want to provide. So now after 2 months of terrible service I am still without a vehicle. I do NOT recommend anyone to use Woodies auto service. They can careless about their customers or the value of good service. I am African American, seems to me they treat people of color like our money is not good enough. I paid, I expect to be treated fairly. The way they talk to you is atrocious. Degrading. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Personnel over-charged me $4500 for the car that I bought.Then broke an agreement that was made to repay the money back. Nothing but lies.This past September I went to a dealership that was closer to me to see if I could trade in the vehicle because of the sky high payments and they informed me that Soctt Clark Nissan over-charged me for the car that I bought AND ripped me off for more than $4500.Knowing this,myself, my mother,and my grandmother made a three hour trip back down to Charlotte to speak with the Manager of Scott Clark Nissan in the first week of November.When we got there, we spoke with Robby Pryor, who claimed that he was the general sales manager at the dealership.We spoke literally ALL DAY and he agreed that I was over-charged and ripped off for the car.After that was said we both made an agreement that he would refund me the amount of $4,495 by the date of 11/10/2017.A couple weeks went by and neither me,nor my family heard anything from Mr. Pryor, or the dealership.Outraged at the fact that I was ripped off AGAIN,my mother went online to write a review of the dealership,in which the dealership did not like.After the review incident,I was contacted my Stuart Phelps,Brand Manager for Scott Clark Nissan.He told me that he was going to get my money but he wanted me and my mother to sign a "non-disclosure" form and take down the review online.I agreed to sign the form but my mother expressed that she was not signing anything because she did not do any business with the dealership and she also expressed that she was not taking down the post until I got the money that I was promised by the dealership.Since then we have contacted a lawyer but please avoid this place at ALL COSTSespecially if you’re a college student.One of the salesman (Nick) had to bribe me with a free tank of gas to write him a good review because he told me that he had gotten some bad ones in the past, which is probably one of the only reasons why they have so many “five-star reviews”.
