Employees need some training! First, the driver of a hatchback car tried to speed by me and almost ran me off the road trying to pass me as two lanes merged. Then I realized the car had the company name on it and I worked in the area. I went to where the business was to tell the guy he should drive so crazy in a company car with the business name on it. I ran in two to guys one of which was nice and friendly and said I could go in and report it if I need and then there was the other guy...He got aggressive and told me to leave and stop harassing them and clearly had issues. I wish I would have gotten his name. He drove the Med Emporium Cube I believe (he was loading stuff in the back) and he deferentially thought he was tougher than he was. It's sad to see employees act in such a manner when at no point was I there to be aggressive or rude. I even stated to the friendlier guy that I didn't want the driver to get in trouble I just wanted him to be more careful...So sad

I can't remember how many times I called their number, and found the phone to be busy. I finally did get through once and they told me to have my doctor send my file, and they would set up an interview. I called my doctor's office right away and never heard anything from them.Fortunately my insurance carrier gave me a new number to call with a different company; they answered the first time I called.
