Do not buy this product. They do not stand behind their product. I have a mattress that developed an indention big enough to float a boat and they refuse to refund or replace because according to them the indention, which they acknowledge just isn't deep enough for them. So unless you want to sleep in a hole, I suggest go elsewhere.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!Absolutely unacceptable service. I ordered several pieces from Atlantic Bedding and Furniture and immediately realized I needed to return two pieces due to the size of the furniture. It took several weeks and multiple calls, emails, and texts to finally receive my refund. However, this was only after they re-charged my credit card the original purchase price, minus tax. Then they refunded that amount plus my purchase price. Then it took another couple weeks to receive the tax back. On top of all that, Atlantic Bedding and Furniture, contacted me regarding two of the other pieces I had purchased, were discontinued. They provided me some options to switch out the furniture I order for different ones, but none of them interested me , so I requested my money back. Again, it took several emails, texts, and phone calls without avail. I ultimately had to contact my credit card company to file an unauthorized charge because Atlantic Bedding and Furniture, refused to refund my money for items they could not obtain and deliver..

THE WORST FINANCIAL MISTAKE IVE EVER MADE. We paid over $7,000 for the top of the line Tyndall Pedicure mattress. Within 1 mos, the mattress developed large pothole sags where my wife and I sleep. After 2 mos, it looked like a 20 year old mattress. It felt like we were climbing uphill to get to the middle. The owner of the company Mr. C. Tyndall kept promising to make it right but never returned a phone call. We left him over 8 messages. They claimed in their warranty that 1.5 inches was the "normal" body impression and that despite having our original receipt, and their warranty card, the fact that we removed the tag from the mattress voided our warranty even though Mr. Tyndall never explained this to us at the time he presented his warranty. He said he would make it right since we had the original receipt. He then completely blew us off and never returned another phone call. We finally gave up, donated our mattress to the local furniture bank and bought a name brand mattress for 1//3 the cost. This stands as the single biggest rip off that my wife and I have ever experienced and makes me nauseated every time I think of how much money we wasted and how unprofessional and dishonest we were treated. All I can say is stear clear and "buyer beware".
Do not purchase from this company. I purchased a mattress set and was very displeased with it. The mattress in the store was considerably softer than the mattress that was delivered to me. I alerted the company right away (the same day) but they refused to refund or do an exchange. Poor customer service. Within the next six months I am buying a queen set and a bedroom set, as well as a dining room table set. Will will come as no surprise that I will not buy from this company ever again. The salesperson was friendly though.
I purchased furniture on 7/09/12 from at your store located in Charlotte NC. I then went to pick up my furniture on 7/13/12 and was told my the mirror I had purchased for my dresser was broken and they would replace it. A month had gone by and I still didn't receive my mirror, when asking about it he told me due to the inconvenience he would personally deliver it to me. It is now 8/1/12 and I still have yet to receive my mirror. When contacting him today he didn't pick up my phone call and proceeded to text me about it telling me I could have came and picked it up this weekend. I was told it would be delivered to me and that has not happened when mentioning that he told me he was a very busy man and the store was crazy busy, he didn't know when he would have the furniture. When I told him I would be proceeding to high authority to deal with this issue if not resolved he stated that he was the owner of the store and there was nothing I could do about it. I have never felt so disrespected in my life and will never recommend someone buying furniture from one of your store again due to the way I was talked to and treated as a customer who has already paid for a piece I have yet to receive 3 months latter.
I'm so glad I saw a sign for Atlantic Bedding and Furniture! I went to several different stores in search of the perfect bedroom set. I finally picked out the one I wanted and then I ended up finding the same exact set at Atlantic for 60% less!! I've told all my friends and family to go to Atlantic Bedding and Furniture and ask for James :) They've all been happy too!!
