I'm a small business owner in Charlotte. was going in and out of town due to a stick family meant so want able to provide my staff with linens as usual so call for service. An eager salesman, Rodney, responded right away. We went over details, Todd him I wanted to give them a try and would decide later if I wanted to keep service. We went over a service agreement for his many sheets I wanted delivered each week. We signed a credit card authorization and off her went. After getting back unto town, decided not to keep service and was told that I was on a contract and couldn't. I've have been trying to get a copy of the parietal he was supposed have gotten me a copy of and now he's nut responding to phone calls. small business owners beware.08/22/13 update....I have spoken with GM Doug and he was extremely helpful in our situation. We are still in contract but was able to make adjustments to our account to make it more cost effective for our small company. We no longer have to deal with the original salesman which we also really like. Rodney was nice but very sneaky which isn't good for business.
