ON 3/28/17 I PLACED MY ORDER AT THE WINDOW AN PULLED FORWARD TO PAY. THE PERSON THAT TOOK MY PAYMENT BEGAN TELLING ONE OF THE OTHER EMPLOYEES WHAT SHE NEEDED TO BE DOING SINCE THERE WAS NO LINE INSIDE. tHE OTHER EMPOLYEE DID NOT LIKE THIS AND ARGUED WITH HER. MEAN WHILE THE LADY TAKING ORDERS TELLS SOMEONE WAITING THAT THEY WILL BE WITH THEM IN A MINUTE AND WALKS AWAY. THE OTHER EMPLOYEE STARTS WAVING HER ARMS AROUND AND TALKING TO OTHER EMPLOYEES ABOUT HOW SHE HAS BEEN TOLD TWO DIFFERENT THINGS AND THAT SHE IS NOT MOVING FROM THAT SPOT. WHICH IS RIGHT BY THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW. MEAN WHILE I AM STILL AT THE WINDOW WAITING FOR MY FOOD. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE FINALLY COMES UP TO THE WINDOW AND ASK ME WHAT I HAD ORDERED. HE BROUGHT ME MY FOOD AND I TOLD THE LADY THAT REFUSED TO MOVE FROM THE WINDOW THAT IF SHE WAS GOING TO ARGUE WITH HER FELLOW EMPLOYEES SHE SHOULD TAKE IT TO THE BACK AND THAT IT WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL TO THE CUSTOMERS. THAT WAS DEFINETLY NOT HOW I WANTED TO START MY DAY AT 6:20 IN THE MORNING. AS AN ADDED NOTE MY FOOD WAS COLD BECAUSE I HAD HAD TO WAIT ON IT SO LONG. IFEEL BADLY FOR THE OTHER EMPLOYEES HAVING TO WORK IN THAT ENVIRONMENT ALL MORNING.

SLOWEST Dunkin Donuts EVER!!!!!! With POOR customer service!!!!!! I will NEVER patron this Dunkin Donuts again - it's a waste of time AND they have no problem wasting YOUR time!!! I sat in line for nearly 20m - 10 of these minutes were AFTER I ordered my food. I guess seeing the four cars pulled over to the side should have been a HUGE hint to not order! First the same girl that was working the window was also the same person bringing food out to the cars sitting and waiting! NEVER did she wash her hands before moving forward with passing food to the people sitting at the window. After ordering, I sat with two cars in front of me with the car at the window for 6 whole minutes (yes! I timed it) then when I FINALLY get to the window the young lady NEVER acknowledges me to say hello, sorry for the wait, all she said to me was "$6.48 and took my card. Seriously?? After 15m of waiting, an apology of inconvenience would have been nice! She takes my card, gives me my coffee, returns my card then had the nerve to ask me to pull over and WAIT LONGER for my sandwich!! REALLY???!!!! Absolutely NOT!!! In the 15m of me sitting no one could make a Turkey Sausage Sandwich - or even in the 6m I sat behind the two cars - there was no way a sandwich could have been made?? I simply told her NO, I've sat here for 15m you can give me money back. She yells 'Bob! I need a refund.' STILL no apology! I'm passing her my card and coffee and she turns and says she'll refund a PART of my money - I can keep the coffee!!! HA! GIVE ME ALL OF MY MONEY!!!! Never again! I never write reviews but can someone tell Bob HE NEEDS MORE STAFF!!!! Especially in the morning hours!!!! Good luck to everyone that gives them a try!!
They have the best doughnuts in the world, there is no other doughnut like a Krispy Kreme doughnut!
