I have been a customer of Flowers Plus for a number of years now. They have always supplied me with wonderful arrangements and terrific service. Recently I've had the misfortune of needing floral arrangements for funeral services. Several arrangements for my dear Mother's service and another for an amazing friend. Flowers Plus supplied these flowers for me, and my family, and I/we couldn't have asked for anything better. They were amazing to say the least. The plant arrangement was perfect for my friend. The flowers for my Mother's service were absolutely INCREDIBLE. I know my sweet mother would have loved them as did the entire family when they saw them. On behalf of my family we just can't thank you guys enough for the work you did!Flowers Plus is certainly our Florist of choice in the Charlotte area. We truly believe you guys are the BEST!
Flowers Plus in Charlotte has been my family's florist of choice for over 20 years. I have always been extremely pleased with any arrangement I have sent or I have received, regardless of the occasion. From my mother's funeral, to my niece's wedding, and numerous anniversaries, birthdays and get well wishes, everyone has always been pleased, as so have I.I especially enjoy when I can go into the shop. There are always unique gifts and local products, as well as the daily specials which I can never resist! Joel and the staff make you feel as though you are a part of their family. Flowers Plus seems to thrive on making each arrangement excel your expectations. I would highly recommend Flowers Plus to anyone for any occasion.
Ordered a custom arrangement for my mother's birthday & Flowers Plus did not disappoint!!! What a beautiful arrangement with seasonal spring flowers. Will definitely be ordering from them again. #veryhappycustomer:-)
I have to say this company has the worst customer service I have ever experienwas. Not only were they rude and hung up on one of my coworkers when they called, they were a day late in delivering the flowers we ordered, they showed up AFTER our office was closed And it just happened that someone was still there, they did not deliver what was ordered but delivered an arrangement that was ugly and not even close to that was ordered. When called about being unhappy with the flowers and the customer service the person who answered (man with heavy accent) told us he didn't care if we were not happy nor did he care that we didnt get what we ordered. I have never had such bad customers service. STAY AWAY FROM
Corner's is THE best. I was referred to them by a friend a few years ago when I needed an Antique print reframed and preserved. Every where I had went previously had scared me with their prices and I never was completely happy with what there was to choose from. Well Corner's is completely different! They are SO nice. Just plain nice and helpful. The end result is a quick turn around, a beautifully framed piece, and in comparison.a tiny bill. No one compares to Corner's. I've probably had them do at least 15 pieces for myself and my family and I've come away happy every single time.
I would look for other places/shop online. When I went to this place asking about a R/C helicopter, the person working there just looked at me with a bewildered look and pointed at the R/C helicopters and said "That's all the helicopters we have". No further notion was made that we could go look into ordering it for me or anything, just nope, we don't have it thanks~ If this is what local franchises are like, no wonder larger corporations are taking over >:/ So far, I am not impressed with this store but may or may not go back at this point.
They called the day before our appointment(choosing flowers for wedding) and asked if I could come in one hour earlier. I explained I couldn't because my fiance was working. The woman on the phone was speaking to another woman who works in the shop and relayed the message to her that I was unable to come in earlier. I was then told that because I couldn't adjust our time for that day, it would cut down on the time allotted to us for the appointment. I was then told that my fiance didn't need to accompany me to pick out the flowers. They didn't explain the reason for wanting to change my appointment time until I started pressing the issue. Turns out they double booked. I asked why my fiance and I were going to be deducted time from our appointment because of their mistake. I told them I would need to speak with my fiance before I could reschedule- I was a little upset at this point. Then the other lady picked up the phone and said she 'has a fabulous bride who's really easy to work with' and she would contact her to reschedule instead. Although they rescheduled the other bride's appointment, I did not feel comfortable keeping the appointment with them because I did not feel they were very professional to begin with. I'm sure there are other customers who are very satisfied with their service and I understand that mistakes happen. However the lack of professionalism did not make me want to work with them. Unfortunately, they were not a good fit for us.
Byrum's florist was recommended to me by my wedding coordinator to do the flowers for my wedding, and they did an absolutely beautiful job! They delivered gorgeous arrangements for my chuppah, the top of my cake, corsages/boutonnieres for family members and, of course, my bouquet! All of my guests raved about how pretty the flowers were. Each arrangement was different, but they all had the key elements to tie them into the theme of my wedding as a whole, and they were creative and artfully done! If I had it to do over again, I would choose Byrum's as my florist in a heartbeat-- the service was excellent, and the outcome exceeded all of my expectations!
Do not order if your from out of town. Ordered a plant thru my local Florist to be delivered to a relative in a nursing home and I guess they figured I would not see it. It was an UNACCEPTABLE SIZE for the price paid. It was the cheapest plant a florist buys from their supplier and is usually reserved for a funeral, definitely not a Get Well thought. Definitely an embarrassment when I saw it knowing the price I paid for it(+plus 10.00 for delivery less then .75 miles away from the Nursing Home)
I am a competitor to Todd's, but I can't let this review stand un-challenged. Clearly the reviewer has aChip on his/her shoulder or has some serious issues. Todd's is a first-class shop. The reviewer did not buy anything, so rating them at one star is ridiculous. What I suspect happened is that the reviewer asked Todd's to do something that was impractical or impossible. The reviewer did not like being told "no" and decided to get even. (In our 20 + years in business, we have encountered a few such self-centered egotists!)I urge fair-minded prospective purchasers to disregard this review.Bill MillerThe Flower HutCharlotte, NC
