I originally entered my pre approval online april 29th, the manager scott touched base with me quite a few times before he finally called on friday the 2nd and said now is the time to come in, i was approved and they were also doing a deal on trade in's. This was great timing considering that i owed 6500 on my jetta when it was only worth 4000. When i walked in scott matched me with Carlos and said he will take care of you. Carlos did every bit of taking care of me and my needs and wants in a vehicle. Unfortuntly my credit score isnt thay great and i was upside down on my at the time current vehicle. We originally looked at the 2015 cx-5, it was my original goal to get a compact suv but after sending in the deal it was going to be way out of my price range monthly, they worked and attempted to tweek the deal in every way possible to get it to work for me, they dropped the price of the car drastically and even added 3 thousand more than my trade in was worth. I was unsure with the deal so they suggested we look at something smaller. Carlos did a great job of explaining the pros, cons, advantages, monthly gas cost and any future mechanical cost i would be looking at. At no point did i feel like i was being taken advantage of, carlos was concerned with my very concerns and this made the process much more pleasureable and stress free for a young woman that in any other case would be taken advantage of. After about 6 hours of weighing out my options and being explained my range with my credit score in detail i decided to get the 2014 mazda 3, it had some of the good features i was looking for and was in a better price range for me. Paper work was a flash with chris and moe working as a team to get it done yet explaining it at the same time. They also didnt shove anything down our throat that was unnecessary which was appreciated. Also wanted to point out that Carlos is a saint, along with chris and moe as well i have a 2 year old daughter who is usually somewhat of a burden to someone trying to conduct business of course but carlos treated her like a princess letting her hold his phone to watch a clip from frozen and showering her with goodies like cookies and balloons. Our experince at mazda of south charlotte was great because of many factors and i will be sending everyone i know there because they can work out anything for anybody. I previously had another local body shop 'repair' my 2014 vehicle under an insurance claim and after 2+ months of paying out of pocket for a rental car, my car was returned to me in worse condition than prior to the accident. My engine and airbag lights were now on, my AC did not work, and the replaced bumper and fender were not painted. I felt taken advantage of and certainly did not want to take my car back to the first shop for the corrective repairs. After reading several good reviews on the internet I came across Parks Chevrolet and took my car to Ken Morrison in the Collision Center to assess what would be needed to get my car back to its pre-accident condition. Ken was not only empathetic but seemed genuinely willing to help considering the situation I just went through with the first shop. Due to a misunderstanding (on MY part) after my first corrective repair I wrote a bad online review of Ken and the shop. Ken contacted me the very next morning and instead of being angry about the nasty review I wrote, he offered for me to bring my car back in so that he could try and determine a fix for my issues. He was just as friendly and down to earth the second time as the first, and even corresponded directly with my insurance adjuster to get the repairs covered under a supplemental payment. Ken made a personal effort to turn an aweful situation around for me and for that I will forever be grateful. I can't take back the first review I wrote, but I can tell everyone I know going forward about the Collision Center at Parks Cheverolet and the honest work ethic & great customer service offered by the manager Ken Morrison.
Service department is sub-par. I took my Tacoma in for the first oil change today (@ 4500 miles on the odometer). I called ahead to verify that the service department wasn't busy and told the assistant service manager that I was coming in for my first 5,000 mile oil change. After driving to the dealership I was told that the oil change wasn't necessary until 10,000 miles because Toyota puts synthetic oil in Tacomas. Now why wasn't I told this on the phone so I wouldn't have to drive in? I was skeptical that Toyota would put synthetic oil in a Tacoma, so on the way home I called three separate dealership service departments (N. Charlotte, Concord, & Scott Clark) and each one told me that the Tacoma takes standard oil and it indeed does have the oil changed every 5000 miles, contrary to what Town and Country service department indicated. I contacted Town and Country's service department manager who verified that they indeed made mistake, so they owned up to it after I caught their error. But a simple error like this doesn't inspire confidence that they can fix more complicated issues. On a sidenote, you can tell if your vehicle takes synthetic or standard oil by the oiil fill cap. Standard oil will say 5w 30 on the oil cap. Synthetic will say 0w 20.
In 2011, I came to East Charlotte Nissan to look for a used car for my "soon to be"18 year old son. Troy Moffatt was the sales person who took the time to show me my options and how I would save money and have the warranty coverage that I needed. Vince Campbell (finance) ran down some numbers for me making it clear to me that getting a new vehicle was the best option for me. I purchased the new Nissan Altima 2012 instead of an older used vehicle. Exactly a year later - with only 5k miles on the vehicle - I came in for an oil change and NOW my son has a brand new 2013 Nissan Altima - which has better features than the 2012. I have been driving my old SUV since 2008 and I now also have a 2013 - Nissan Morano. Troy Moffatt made this happen for me in 2012 and again in 2013. He was very trust worthy and that means so much to me. Especially when it comes to my son! Thank you East Charlotte Nissan, Troy and Vince! I love my new cars.
I gave them a 5 star rating because I was in desperate need of another car and I went to Planet Suzuki with poor credit and no money and drove away with a new car....MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! BUT, I need to be honest, they are "slick" and "fast talking" just like many car sales people; They are really nice and a lot of fun, so if you're not paying attention, you'll have regrets; so don't get caught up in all the "fun". They could have been more honest and upfront and the "deal" I got wasn't a deal at all and the amount of time I was there was too long but about the same as most dealerships....the process is horrid, not unusual, just horrid. The most important thing is that I have the car that I needed (not wanted) so I'm basically satisfied, nothing to jump up & down about though. I have already referred several of my friends who might have similar challenges....
Bought a 2006 Ford Explorer from Steve Moore two years ago. The experience at the time was very positive with a friendly staff. Had some issues recently due to a misunderstanding with the included warranty from the purchase date. As a result, I went out of pocket in a very unexpected way. I reached out to Steve Moore Chevy to let them know I was unsatisfied with the warranty situation. Within 24 hours I was contacted and asked how they could help improve the situation or make it right for me as a customer (two years later). I wont go into too much detail about the issue here but they absolutely stepped up to the plate and did the right thing when they didnt have to, thats the important part. They made a bad situation better and expressed a genuine interest in taking care of their customer. Cant ask for much more than that.

I had a wonderful experience when I went to get my husband some accessories for his birthday for his beloved Mini. I walked in and asked for parts and was quickly directed to that department where Richard greeted me with a friendly smile. My husband and I enjoy traveling so Richard suggested a roof rack for any extras we may need room for and also pointed out some nice new mirror covers. He was great! He knew what he was talking about, gave me a great price and even helped install the roof rack. I will most definitely recommend Hendrick Mini to all our Mini loving friends for their parts and accessory needs and also to anyone else who has a Mini in mind.
Getting into the dealership heading south on South Blvd is a bit tricky but once on their lot I found the service and assistance exceeding my exprectations of general car service dealerships. They were busy but I was given immediate attention and understood the short wait until a service technican could assist. The price was well within the standard expense and wait was pleseant - waiting room is a bit crowded with chairs but they are large upholestered & comfortable. There was no pressure to purchase additional services and free popcorn and coffee are always a plus. Great experience and I will be returning.
I have bought two cars now with this dealership. I also referred my sister to them and she bought a car as well. I also get my car serviced there as well. No matter the reason why I am there, it is always a great experience. Every time I am there everyone is very polite and always have a smile on their face. My most recent visit to get my car serviced wasn't any different. I was helped by Jeff Nall this past weekend when I had my oil changed and car inspected. He was very sweet and I was in and out of there in no time. As long as I am living with in driving distances I will not go anywhere else.
