I ordered tires from this location 9/26. They told me they would call me in about 3-4 days. 1 week later I call in and they say they are having a system issue and all phones are ringing to the bakery and that they can't transfer me to the tire department. I call back the next day, yes my tires are in. They don't do appointments so just show up. I go in and it is a guy who says he usually works in the back not the front desk so he tries to pull up my order 10 minutes go by and he goes and asks someone else then comes back quickly and says oh yeah the order has been paid for so that's why it didn't come up in the system. I told him twice it was paid for and asked what is taking so long I just want the tires put on. 20 minutes go by and he says oh....yeah I just had to print out the thing at the beginning that printed 20 minutes ago. Sign here. It will be 45 mins to get the tires put on. (I only had an hour lunch break and was supposed to take 35 mins so by now I am over the 1 hour mark so had to come back). Next day (today) I come back and their computer system is shut down. I said the computer has nothing to do with putting the tires on my car. "Well.....we can't do it today because I have to show in the system that you came and got them and that we put them on or that you didn't already come before." My tires are sitting in the back just go put them on and write my info down and update the system when it comes back up.....nope sorry can't do that.....awesome customer service people! Just trying to get tires put on!!! never again!
Customer service was excellent. They took time to help me find items that I couldn't locate. Pleasant and professional.
Hello, I am the owner of Visart. I am writing as a response to pizzaculdbgood, who claims that one of my cashiers was rude to them. I really would have appreciated if you had contacted me and told me who this person was so that I could have dealt with them personally, but instead you have chosen to try to hurt my business with a negative review instead of giving me a chance to reprimand my employee. I find that to be very unprofessional and extremely hurtful to my business, especially since I am seeing this review over a year after it was written and have a whole new staff of employees, so I may never know who it was that you actually dealt with. I looked at pizzaculdbgood's account, and it seems that it was created with the intent on giving all businesses bad reviews, so I guess this review could have been much worse. For those not familiar with our store, we are always happy to look something up for you, and if an employee cops an attitude I would greatly appreciate it if it was brought to my attention before blasting my store online. Thank you :)
Employee, Sabrina, wiped her runny nose with the entire palm of her hand and then immediately resumed ringing up my groceries, including produce! That is absolutely disgusting.Also, got no help and no cordless scanner for heavy dog food...and I was pregnant at the time!
They used to be so great. Asked if they had a movie and they did not. That was ok except that when I asked for another movie the cashier was rude and acted put out.
I like Harris Teeters. Even if they are a little more expensive than Food Lion or Bi-Lo, if you stick to their sales and double/triple coupon deals, you can do pretty good. This Harris Teeter at the corner of Carmel Road and Sharon Road is one of the most friendly stores I have been in, and they are consistently that way. They always seem to be well stocked, and I leave there feeling good about my shopping experience.
