After my husband and I jumped through countless time-consuming and financial hoops to attend, we seemed to be "lead" on and ended up being denied for admission. They told us that they couldn't wait to meet us, that they needed families at the time we applied, and that it shouldn't be an issue for us to attend. Sadly, we were denied. SO disappointed, we thought this was our answer for homelessness and addiction. Guess we will just have to keep looking for another place...
Terrible service at Cellphone center. Very slow process and technicians lack knowledge. It is been 1 hour and 15 minutes they are able to activate only one phone. I am 6th person and it has a pretty big queue for iPhone.
I couldn't sleep last night because I thought I had been swindled. I wasn't. Ms. Jannie listen to me sent me to Anissa, who was awesome!! She and Jacoby gave me the receipt I couldn't find and there everything was in black&white my & my HUSBAND things. Thanks for your fabulous service and patience! Cynthia Devereaux
The Parking is terrible. Over flow parking is at the bank next door, which makes me feel unsafe walking from at night. The building is old so you hear EVERYTHING- your neighbors walking, talking, flushing toilets, etc. the AC unit is so loud when it turns on. The condos are so small there is barely any storage room. Over priced!!!!
Whoever made both Jazzman and Rodney managers made a HUGE mistake. Both of them are TERRIBLE role models and are in need of serious training, as soon as possible. I see why so many of the employees at this store are so uneducated and lack manners and common sense. I went to this store once and I don't plan to ever go back the service was that TERRIBLE!!!
slow to no customer service
This an excellent place!! It's clean, it's incredibly organized, and it's almost impossible to walk out of there without a treasure of some sort! All of the staff are very friendly and willing to help.
Racism begets racism! Today I was shopping at Walmart and when I went to check out, the cashier did not say hello or greet me in any way whatsoever. I did notice that Emina her name said hello to the "Black" customer in front of me as well as gave a greeting to the "Black" customer behind me. I will not walk in her line again and 90% of the staff at that time were all Afro-American to be politically correct. Therefore I was apprehensive of complaining. Maybe her 300lbs of overweight hinders her good judgment, regardless customer service at this store gets a big FAT "D" btw I am not white fyi
I will never go back there. It is always way too crowded and lots of angry, sketchy looking people. Maneuvering through aisles on Saturday takes patience unless you don't mind just running into/over people and people running over you. Always have a headache after I leave from this store. The staff have never been friendly to me ever in the approximate 20 times I have gone there, in fact, I have maybe only been spoken to/acknowledged once or twice in my 20 times visiting there - lousy customer service.
