Horrible customer service. Store is very disorganized. People on the floor are not helpful and rude. No one knows "anything" if you ask them a question. Prices are or consistent with what's advertised. Disappointed.

From Business: Lance manufactures and markets snack foods throughout much of the United States and other parts of North America. The company s products include sandwich crackers…
The employees are rude and are not willg to help find anything every one that you ask to help with something or if they have a certain product they seem to know nothing and are unwilling to help find anything the cashier was also rude we got a brisket from the cooler in the meat dept it was priced at1.00 a pound on a orange sticker well when I go to be checked out the cashier say I can't have it for that price that I must pay something eles for this she said it wouldn't ring up the first price I must pay 1.50 per pound I told her to get a manger she informed me she is a manger and wouldn't get another one needless to say I have always been told that if the sticker say a price that's what you pay they put the price on it not me some one should check the price before it's put out because this is poor costomer service.
This place is great. We used to have to drive to the Charlotte store and this is much more convenient. The employees were very quick to help find the products we needed.
This is one of the Indian grocery stores who also sell sweets and chats. I used to go for groceries back in 2008, but nowadays I prefer Gandhi Market/Indian grocers for groceries And curry n cake, Adisil, passage to India for chats and eat outs. Here they don't prepare fresh food. I stopped going here after falling sick of diarrhea from the Samosa.Poor Management, don't know how to treat customers and untidy place. I would not recommend anyone to visit this place, Not worth risking your health. Good luck...
Terrible customer service. absolutely TERRIBLE....whether u r in the frozen Department, fish market, or dry goods isle, I ran in to VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES.
This store discriminates against service dogs. While trying to shop there with my mobility assistance dog, I was told I had to leave or i would be banned, because the owner didn't like the dog and they were afraid they'd fail the health inspection. (although they might anyway, it's usually somewhat dirty and i have to really dig through the bin to find strawberries without fuzz). My dog is always clean, never leaves "messes" and is just there to do his job. This store broke the law.I rarely shop there to begin with because of the poor produce, but now they won't be getting my business at all.
