Very poor communication...i am the rental home owner. Forced to evict tenant who had done major damage to my property..incuding removing all mature shrubbery and cutting mature trees for firewood. Failed to conduct inspection of property prior to allowing tenant to take over lease. During the eviction process and dealing with aftermath., the broker in charge Never contacted me......handled by a lady in accounting. No empathyNo I am sorry. And had the temerity to ask when they could resume marketing the property. From my experience, beware of turning your properties to them...Costly...unappreciated...and no remorse.
I have had a great experience with Brown and Glenn. We got all the paperwork done quickly to rent the house and then got the key code. Getting some maintenance done was delayed a bit but that was caused by me. We had some illnesses in the house so it was difficult to schedule people to come over. After all that was done the maintenance was done pretty quickly.I’ve always gotten answers to my questions in a timely manner. Sandra and Abby have both been very sweet to deal with. Very nice in emails and great to talk to on the phone.Overall our experience with Brown and Glenn has been pretty easy. We never rented before and they made this very easy for us. I’m thankful for that.

The receptionist is VERY rude. I called the office to speak with the manager over my apartment she told me she doesn't know her schedule and she'll call when she gets a chance. Still haven't heard from them.
We have not purchased or sold through a realtor in over fourty years. We have been so impressed with Tiffany and her office crew and the professionalism in the handling of the entire process of selling and buying. Tiffany had a very professional smoothness through every step that we took. Sue and I could not be happier with the whole move which was very tramatic on our emotions and feelings. Worst management ever. Be aware, they probably delete their reviews. Most of their reviews on Facebook are family or employees. They suck. I had multiple issues with mold and a water leak. Never answer calls or emails. If you show up to see the property manager Candace, you'll be turned away. And the receptionist will say 'I could lose my job if I let you see her'What a joke. I was ask told my mail hadnt been touched but my packages were gone and bank statements had been opened then left in the mailbox. They don't answer maintenance requests at a timely manner either. I was let out of my lease mid lease because they knew I was right about their negligence. Also, the owner of the house came over out of the blue harassing my babysitter about how we were trashing the house and that he was refusing to replace the piss scented carpet. The carpets are moist and sticky. How disgusting. The shower leaked for MONTHS as they refused to come fix it. My 1 year old son slipped on that water multiple times. Worst company ever. Don't move into 1524 McAllister dr unless you wanna be harassed and treated like shit.
Tiffany was very professional. Thought we should ask more foe our home based on desired location and we got it. They are all about excellence and it's what they deliver from start to finish.
In 2016, I was house hunting and was a potential buyer on a transaction with Lizette Conover. I made a formal offer with a customary earnest money amount. They countered with an outrageously high earnest money request. It was 4 times the norm that would be customary for the price of the house. This resulted in me questioning the integrity of the request and the house not selling; the transaction fell through. Lizette poorly communicated and negotiated the transaction. Lizette should have known asking for over $12,000 in earnest given the price of the house was highly unusual and unprofessional. I would not recommend Lizette Conover to anyone and would never her again. She was not knowledgeable, not responsive, appreared unintersted in selling the house, and did nothing but ask for a very high earnest money amount. This did me a disservice.
