Dr. Brouse made me feel very welcoming and helped my body feel better. He is very gentle and knows what he's doing. The therapists were also great and answered any questions I had, they made me feel very comfortable.

I have been going to Dr.Park for 15years he really knows my spine and spinal injections help me to walk he's the only doctor I would trust. And the staff is very friendly!!!! Laura Martin
This is, by far, the least professional medical facility that I have ever visited. After hounding me to be early, they saw me an hour late. When I confronted the P.A. about it, she got very defensive about it. She apparently told the staff about it and they began taunting me and calling me names. When I first got there, I could barely walk. As I was filling out the paperwork, the receptionist called me back four times to get more. Instead of bringing them to me. Overall they were very rude . The doctor only saw me for about one minute. My 34 yo daughter was with me and I was afraid she was going to hit somebody before we could leave, she was so angry.When I saw my family doctor, I told her about this experience. She says she hears about these complaints all the time.This is a terrible place
I waited in Pain for over 3 weeks for a appointment at the Neurology Dept . Not going to mention the Drs name .. I was sent paperwork which I had filled out prior to the appointment. I got there exactly when I was told to having my wife get off a days work without pay and driving about 90 minutes one way. As I waited in pain I saw more than 5 people that came in after me taken back . At 30 minutes I asked about my appointment they could not find it even thought it was the same receptionist when I came in .I looked at the clipboard that I had signed in and they had marked my name off as if I had already seen the DR.I was so mad I could have bit nails . LACK OF POOR PATIENT CARE. THE REVIEWS WERE RIGHT !
I have been a patient of Dr. Patterson's for over a decade, and have been quite pleased with the quality of care I receive. In emergencies he is available outside normal business hours for telephone consultation, and he allows me to take an active part in managing my psychiatric care.
Very poor service no follow-through have called three days in a road to get results of an x-ray very disappointed ,would not recommend
This place used to be great! Unfortunately they have decided that they no longer need to provide any level of customer service and very much make it clear that they could care less about patients! I am writing this review to hopefully warn others from making the mistake of trusting these awful people with your care. I'm not sure how they can continue to practice with all the pending lawsuits. Their office staff is horrendous and with so many places in Charlotte it's a shame that some people are subjected to this type of treatment.
This place is by far the worst in Charlotte. The staff does not care about the health of te patients not do they have any respect for their patients. They tear you like you are not human and as if your health concerns are not important. They schedule you then cancel telling you that an emergency situation came up and now you can't be seen as if your situation is not important. I will never recommend anyone going to this clinic especially if you are pregnant. They have poor communication, no concern for you or your unborn child, nor do they answer questions properly. The doctors just read off google and the receptionist are just not friendly. I wish I never ever visited this clinic. Most, if not all of the staff is in the wrong field of work by the way they treat the patients. You're supposed to feel cared for instead you feel like no one cares here.
Dr. Diji Osinloye truly cares about the patients he sees. I had the pleasure of visiting his office last week and I never felt so welcomed in a Dr's office as I did here at Rapha Medical. His staff is generous and professional and will handle anything that you may need.If you are in the Charlotte area and need Medical Care I suggest you give Rapha Medical a try.
So, I wanted to express my frustration over ur new policy. First of all, I will let all my friends know that go there because i referred them there to find a new clinic. You dnt care for your patients with ur new policy. U dnt remind ur patients for their appointments like most clinics do these days and you think you are so good of a clinic that you can cancel your patients for missing one appointment! !!! That's the most absurd policy I have ever heard!
