We have been contacting Best Buy from earlier this afternoon trying to find a resolution to the damaged TV we bought last night but only got frustrated answered from their employees. We bought a Samsung 55" 4k TV from local Best Buy store (#1767) in Charlotte, NC last night at 8:49 PM. When we got home and took the TV out of its box, we found a cracked screen, it is at the bottom of the screen and at first we thought it is the plastic wrap but then I realized there is no plastic wrap on top of the screen, so obviously it is a crack. I brought the TV back right after I got off work today around 3 PM and wanted an exchange. But the store manager said they could not offer an exchange because it was inspected by their inspector before we left the store last night. BUT as we remembered, the inspector opened the TV box but did not even take the wrapping paper off to inspect the TV, it was nearly close time last night, it took him less than 10 seconds to look at the TV, besides, we were not asked to inspect the TV ourselves. The crack is at the bottom of the screen, the inspector did not see it and let us take it home. When I took the TV back this afternoon, the internal crack already spreads to the top. The store manager said they could only offer a $599 credit back to us and we have to pay over $300 for the damage. We trusted the inspector and the store so we thought it is a good TV, even after we found the cracked screen last night, we did not take pictures as evidence because we trusted the store would take it back. We did not expect the store staff would question us, use our trustfulness against us and let us take the responsibility for their fault.
The customer service was horrible this is my first ever experience with an Apple product.....definitely my last...wouldn't replace or fix my phone.....but was happy to give me a 200.00 upgrade!!! Never again!!

This is the way all pawn shops should be. This place is nicer than even the pictures show. And, the prices are lower than flea market. ANd, they offer a warranty. Nice.

My husband and I had purchased 3 new Apple iPhone 6's from the AT&T store and activated them on Jan 4, 2015. My phone (iPhone 6 plus) was used on their network until frozen after 6 days. I went to the Apple store for repairs. An Apple employee named Lenny took my phone to the back of the store and returned stating that myphone was a used Sprint phone with a different serial number than what had been used on the AT&T network and different from the SN on her phone box. The Apple employee also stated that the SN internally on the phone had been scratched off. He also stated it was a Sprint phone. If it is a Sprint phone then we would never be able to use it on an AT&T network. Prior to the Apple visit, this phone was never out of my possession or sight. It had my Otter Box cover on it which had to be removed for evaluation.The employee named Lenny then told me "you should not buy your phone from 3rd partys because they (AT&T) sold you a used stolen phone." What a cellular nightmare.The fact that my phone with the correct SN had been used on the AT&T network for 6 days proves that an employee at the Apple Store in the SouthPark Mall in Charlotte, NC stole my phone. Every employee involved in the store is denying that I had my original phone with me. The store manager named Eric stated that he reviewed their camera tape and that I brought this stolen phone to them. He would not give us another phone. So I walked into the store with an AT&T phone that was frozen and receive a dead Sprint phone instead! I can't possibly make this up. My family has been a long time Apple customer. I am not interested in returning stolen phones to the Apple store. I want my phone back. A police report with the Charlotte Meck Police Dept has been filed.
