Good food big portions love the shrimp and grits and the parmesan crusted chicken. Food may take a while to come out because it is cooked to order. Waitresses could look more professional in their attire
Horrible food, and very poor customer service!! Don't wast your time or money. Owner is rude and illiterate as well. Patronize a respectable business, not this trash!!
I usually order from here at least 5 times per week. Not only for myself but also for family members and friends at work between breakfast and late afternoon lunch. Most of the time i call and place the order so i can rush in and out. Food is not that bad. BUT!!!! My biggest gripe and complaint is the owner or the manager of the store really need to train ALL of their help on prices!!!! I dont think i have EVER once paid the same price for this simple burger order. I have paid from $6 to tonight $12 and change for this simple order. And i have ordered this dbl cheese plate large hashbrown onions and cheese for years.. What is up with that?? Get everyone on the same page!!!! I asked the girl tonight why is it everytime i come in for this order im paying something different? Her response is some servers leave out stuff when calculating the bill. To me not a good answer!!!! And not acceptable!!!! After many many years of ordering food from this waffle house on north tryon at stetson drive. I wont be back not only because of the shady stuff going on with the pricing but also its a toss up on the service your going to get from the help. Another reason i dont eat inside this location. I feel that im being generous with the star ratings i did give. Ive always come back to this location but now im just fed up with the overall service you get here. Customers wanting to eat here shouldnt have to go thru this kinds of stuff. I will now carry all my business to ihop.
Terrible experience. Went there and tried the new salmon skillet . First the skillet was so full of margarine running everywhere I could not eat it. It took them about 30 minutes to get me another one and because I ordered a side of corn to go with it that they forgot about the skillet was cold by the time I received it. I had to keep asking about the order. The staff was obviously new as he could not get it together. Secondly, he told us it was kids eat free so I ordered my baby the pancakes. When we get to the register the manager told us that was Tuesday - Friday and not on Monday. So what was worse the manager did not discount my meal at all and was to charge for the baby meal. We ended up taking our meals home because when we got there they had 2 customers and it took 1.5 hours to get a salmon skillet, child pancake, pancake with sausage and a kids mac n cheese. It was getting late and we needed to take kids home. Thirdly, then I get home and see a commercial with Denny's offering free kids meal Mon - Frid after 4pm in Sept when the manager charged my friend for her 2 year old and tried charging me.. Terrible experience!!!
I received poor service, along with waiting over an hour for my dinner. Only to have it delivered and it be wrong. I would travel out of the way before dining here ever again.
I was just there a few moments ago. And let me tell you,IT IS SO SLOW! The staffs didn't know what they were doing. The manager was rude and didn't even notice that we were there. I've read a lot of stories about Denny's racism,but have never experienced until today! I was there first like 20 minutes,and was told to wait for like 10. And i sit there without no one asking or taking care of. And after me,there was like a bunch of other "white" people,and they got in first! I'm so done with this stupid company!
I ate there this morning and I am sorry to say, The booths were dirty and the lowers walls were dirty and also the floor was dirty especially in the corners.I ask the cashier if she would relay my complaint to the manager. She said she would tell him you suggested a supper cleaning once a week.I plan on returning by sunday to see if any cleaning was done.
