Slow service 2 different sodas tasted like seltzer water. I have noticed it's gotten worse over the years. Food wasn't what I ordered just horrible

Would have loved to try the food and drinks here, but after being ignored for 10 minutes of bartenders looking at us (mostly at their phones though) instead of greeting us and taking an order (there were only a couple of other guests) we left. Rude and terrible service. We had a delicious meal and drinks at Moo and Brew, however, we will not be trying pint central again. As a restaurant professional in the business for 15 years the way we were treated was embarrassing and totally unexceptable!!!

Waitstaff and manager passed our table a minimum of 6 times and didn't ask if we needed anything like they asked everyone else around us. We dined there during the evening, on 9/28/17. May not be back.

I been going to sunrise for several years. I went over there one Saturday morning very crowded. I order a glass of tea. I started to drink it. My friend stop me I ask why she said it had lip stick on the side of the glass I have not gone back since. I told the waitress she said I guess that not your shade. Went to pay the bill I said i am not paying for the tea. They argued over that. Also some of the waitress could not understand my order. Couldn't understand English. They need make sure they u understand or they will lose business. They have good breakfast I don't think I go over there any more.

The problem started when there was an unusually large party being seating in the dining area (15-20 guest) which was clearly unfit for such a large party to be placed in one seating location But while dining my family (a child and woman) about half way into our meal we literally noticed 5-7 people standing directly infront/around our booth with the view of each individuals rear end facing us and our food!I literally press through this group of people and interrupted my waitress when she was helping other guest, whom were also irate, to hand her my debit card (without getting a check) to cash me out.I'm not a confrontational person so I decided the right thing to do is express my concern to the manage and while briefing Melvin Purrell (manager) on how displeased with the service and etiquette my family and I had received he had the look/body language of someone who JUST DIDNT CARE and was "bearing" to even listen!I expressed to him the lack of customer service, the lack of personal space due to this larger party being crammed into an unfit dining space, and the disgusting fact that we had peoples rear ends literally 2 feet from our table (facing our food) and also being isolated from our server. I explained noone should ever have to pay for such a lack of service and disgusting environment my family and I were put in (Melvin Purrell not knowing I had already given my credit card to pay for my families meal), frankly tells my family "you ate the food, you pay for the food" then I frankly explained to him "When I started eating my dinner sir there wasn't 5-7 ASSES in my face either nor had this party been allowed to basically dominate this dinning area at that time".This "manager" (Melvin Purrell) is a HORRIBLE representation of decent managerial expectations and is unfit for a job involving customer service and respect.Everyone isn't meant to be a manager, and every restaurant isnt worth your money.This place kills 2 birds with one stone!
