I do like the atmosphere the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back to have my nail service.
First off, I would like to say I truly had horrible experience today. I went to V Nails & Spa to get a take-off and pedicure. The nail tech was soo rough while taking off my acrylic nails that my real nail cracked, leaving meat exposed. All that was said was sorry and I had to pay full price for my service. Usually when you get your nails taken off, clear polish is free but they said they charge for any color, even clear. I will NOT be going back to that salon. Very poor customer service.
I know MANY people who have SEVERAL encounters with the workers inside and OUTSIDE of Foxy Nails. Probably one of the WORST PEOPLE that I ever dealt with my entire life!! The MAN believes he is always right??He is CHEAP and RUDE! Outrageous! How can you own a nail salon but don't understand the gratuity system? Not only that but how can you be so MEAN and so IMPATIENT? You don't like doing nails to customers if they don't tip well... but yet you are the exact same? To meet you outside of Foxy Nails and treat people horribly means ALOT about you and your business. You are the reflection of Foxy Nails and I will never go here. Unkind. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! Take your business else where!
Part 1-They DO NOT GUARANTEE THEIR WORK. GEL Polish came off less then 24 hours after my visit. Been coming here almost three years and was scolded when I expected job be redone at no charge. They were only willing to fix a few nails.. NO PROBLEM!! I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! Part 2- (literally 6 hours later) My 3 nails were fixed(gel polish chipped less then 24 hours after service was provided) I told Tina(very ignorant and rude) and Kim(Nice and professional) that this temp fix would not last and that I preferred a totally different color. Of course they didn't listen! Took a shower 6 hours later and not only did the gel polish chip again but four more! I have been going there for three years, I've even referred over 10 people and was unaware that these people could care less about my me and customer satisfaction oh and guaranteeing their work! Paid extra 15$ for gel. I DON'T WANT ANYTHING EXTRA, JUST WHAT I !PAID! FOR!!!WILL GO ELSEWHERE FOR REPAIRS AND ALL TOGETHER! Money doesn't grow on trees!!!!!
I moved to Charlotte 3years ago. Since then I have been a regular customer at this nail salon. I have had several issues with them over the years that has lead to me to seek out another salon. Because of convenience I have went back after things did not work out with the other salons. However, I will not be returning to this salon after yesterday. I went in for one nail repair around 12pm on a Sunday, so they were not really busy. After being told there would be a 15 minute wait, I was there for 90 MINUTES to get one nail fixed. After suggesting to the manager that I deserved a free repair which is equal to $4, he quickly reminded me that their client relationship with me was NOT worth $4. His exact words were "Give me a break. I only have two hands." I reminded him that since I was there, not only did he take another customer ahead of me, but he also took time talking to employees and changing the tv channel instead of doing my nail repair. I also mentioned to him that now matter what he is still responsible for providing adequate customer service. This business does not value my business. I will find somewhere else to go that does. Yes, I paid the $4 repair fee, but it will be the last $4 I give them.

A premier nail bar in Ballantyne of Charlotte, excellent sanitation, and best services. Dip nails are last up to 4 weeks without chip or lift.
THIS SHOP IS THE WORST THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE!!! First off I drove straight from work in traffic and all from South Park to go get my nails done there and when I got there I was greeted by this smock caucasian girl who said that they were closed but online and on their sign by the door it has that they close at 7:30pm. So she was like "well we stop taking people at 7:00pm" so I said okay and I understood so I left. Well the next day I came back around 6:40pm and she said "we can't take you cause we stop taking people in around 6:40pm" so I looked at her and I said "well what did you say yesterday when I came in here?" She said "I said we stop taking people at 7:00pm" so then I was like okay well then I don't understand why someone couldn't take me if I got here before 7:00pm and I asked to speak to the owner. So afterwards she went to the back behind the curtains then came back out WITHOUT THE OWNER and with an attitude and said that we can do a color change. I said well I get dip powder so that's impossible so then she just starred at me for a few seconds and then walked off while rolling her eyes. So after that I walked out and I will never be returning. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE BECAUSE THEY ARE SO DISRESPECTUF AND EXTREMELY RUDE.
Went in to get my acrylics removed. A new guy was doing them and ended up cutting into my nail damaging my nail bed which caused me to bleed. He was apologetic but management was not. They tried to charge me full price and gave me a two dollar discount. I called late that night to speak to a manager (Kevin) and he offered me $5 towards my next visit and never apologized. After a couple day in pain (mind you I am unable to get a manicure till it heals) I went in to speak to Kevin to get a t refund ($8). He kept offering my $5 off and I explained that I didn't want that bc I would not be returning to that salon so get my nails done. He then laughed in mY face and said good. I told him he was being unprofessional, as I am a manager in customer service in the same mall. He said "good don't come back"! I've had past great experiences but as soon as they were in the wrong they will not own up and don't care if you return. All this over $8!! Never returning to them! Most un professional experince ever!!
