This place is a hole in the wall. Their equipment is outdated. The staff is unprofessional and unorganized. The disrespectful receptionist thinks that it is OK to call a grown woman "Little Girl". The nurse called me about some results and quickly hung up before I had the chance to respond. I called back not even 5 minutes later just so that the staff could claim that no one called me. Then I was placed on hold for 10 minutes so the nurse could get back on the phone and give me a made up answer to one of my questions. The last thing I asked about was a referral since that facility could not provide the service I needed. The nurse claimed she did not know. So I called the next nearest facility to try to schedule an appointment. I then found out that Eagle had already scheduled the appointment. From the other facility I was able to get the name of my assigned doctor, the date, and the time of the appointment. The reason why the staff at Eagle would not share this information is beyond me.If you have an appointment at this hole in the wall, expect to have your time wasted.

They are very slow and take there time calling you back if you get there before your appointment you still would be sitting for about 30mins until you get called back then sit another 30-45 mins waiting for the doctor to come see you

After months of treatment and only after complaining that I wasn't happy with results did I finally see the doctor. Was told that the doctor was new and that old doctor never had my levels where they should have been. Opted out of program and they refused refund of prepaid services. Very unsatisfied!
