I have been shopping at this location for years but tonight will be my last night why because of there employee name (Shameri may be spelled wrong)he was way to play full and when I asked him to stop he became more then rude people with his way of thinking should not be working with the public he should be in the back with limited human contact. People shouldn't have to deal with his weak jokes and violent attitude I think meds are needed or just not being taken beware.

Everytime I go to this gas station, I get double charged for something. Usually I catch it in time, but last time I was extremely sick and forgot to double check my receipt. When I returned and told them they charged me for a 4 pk instead of a single item, they said they had no way to check except to look at the video and to leave my name and phone number and they would contact me once they confirmed that I only bought the one item. I went back twice and it has been three days and no one has contacted me. If it were the first or second time, it wouldnt be a big deal, but this happens almost every time I go to this store. I will not go back anymore because I am tired of trying to fight for the extra $3 or $4... It shouldn't be so hard to ring up items correctly anyway. Like, it is literally the easiest job and they keep messing it up.

I visited the BP at 516 W Sugar Creek Rd on Sunday afternoon, November 02, 2014. The morning Associate, which I discovered is also a Manager, and I had an issue over getting an extra bag for the things I bought. As I left he began to talk trash about me to the other guests in line while I was leaving the store. That is unacceptable and I felt it even tinged on racism. Over a BAG. Beware.
