I will have to say that this is one of the worst McDonald's ever. There are about three people that works there that will give you great service. It takes forever to get your order,they are always out of something, the male manager is rude, and it should be closed because they truly don't care about the customers and their time. I have been there on many occasions and its the same thing all the time. For example: I will leave my home around 6:30 am just to get there at 6:40 am and I will tell you, I have sit for ten minutes at least after I have place my order through drive thru or walk-in. Guess what the only thing I order is a large sweet tea with extra ice. There are several other McDonald's that is just like this and I think they don't care because customer will always go to McDonald.

There is always something with them ,either cant get in register,so cash only or don't open on time, one time lost key to usual door customer had to find which door is open, slow never enough people on board and bad customer service cant get order right bad management runs out of stuff like no frappe and no double quater pounder no coffee stirers. need better management or close down ,because they are losing customers
Early morning... waited 10 minutes for them to open. Submitted order said it would be 15 minutes before biscuits would be ready. They open at 6:00. Good souls be ready. Disappointed as I need food for sick family..
My mother was the reason for my recent visit to this restaurant, as I have not eaten at a Shoney's, in more than a decade. She knew that there was at least one left and found out about this location. Absolutely horrible and there is no wonder why the other Charlotte locations closed! When we first arrived, the pale, inbred looking waitress COMPLETELY overlooked us to seat the gentleman BEHIND us first, WTF! Foul number one! The food was barely warm, not fresh and the coffee was horrific! We found, we went and now we know to NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER return!!!

Slow service 2 different sodas tasted like seltzer water. I have noticed it's gotten worse over the years. Food wasn't what I ordered just horrible
I decided this morning to try Taco Bell breakfast menu. I'd never had breakfast at Taco Bell but I saw the restaurant on my way to work and decided to give it a try. Not being familiar with the breakfast menu, I parked and went inside. At first I thought they were still closed but the sign on the door read that they opened at 7:00 AM. It was 7:40. I stood at the front counter and watched three different employees walk around, ignoring the front counter. After I waited 5 minutes, I tried to address one of the employees but she turn and quickly walked away. I stood there another 2 minutes and left. I stopped at the drive in and was cheerfully greeted. I told here I had been standing at the front counter for 7 minutes waiting for service and was given at platitude of, "I'm sorry... what's your order". I should have just driven on but I placed and order anyway. The lady at the window didn't act concerned but just said, "I'm sorry for your wait". Sorry my $%^#$. If I treated customers like that in my business I'd be fired.DON'T GO TO THIS TACO BELL FOR BREAKFAST, YOU'LL REGRET IT IF YOU DO. I'VE NEVER SEEN SUCH POOR SERVICE. NEVER!!
Would have loved to try the food and drinks here, but after being ignored for 10 minutes of bartenders looking at us (mostly at their phones though) instead of greeting us and taking an order (there were only a couple of other guests) we left. Rude and terrible service. We had a delicious meal and drinks at Moo and Brew, however, we will not be trying pint central again. As a restaurant professional in the business for 15 years the way we were treated was embarrassing and totally unexceptable!!!
Waitstaff and manager passed our table a minimum of 6 times and didn't ask if we needed anything like they asked everyone else around us. We dined there during the evening, on 9/28/17. May not be back.
