Bought the living social promo for keratin treatment. Called for an appointment and I got there right on time. I was asked to wait & after 15 minutes when I went up to the receptionist he says it will take another 45 MINUTES!!!!!!!! I said ok I shall be back after lunch but I hope you had told me sooner instead of having me sitting there for 15 minutes.I asked the receptionist to confirm with the lady who would do my hair that she would be ready for me in 45 mins. He came back after 10 minutes of discussing with her that it will be 45 minutes. I came back and went up to the counter & was told it would be another 45 MINUTES!!!! I told them I would get a refund from living social & glad the lady, Michelle did not do my hair :) they said ok. No one used the word sorry or apologize!!!Save yourself time & don't go here. There are plenty other salons out there who wouldn't be as busy :)

I have always had long, dark, thick healthy wavy hair. I explained to the stylist that i wanted a couple inches off, with some long layers. I also informed her that i almost always let it air dry and wear it natural. She probably literally only spent a total of 10 mins on the cutting. And let me ask you this, HAVE YOU EVER GOTTEN A HAIRCUT WHERE THE STYLIST DID NOT HAND YOU A MIRROR, SPIN YOU AROUND, AND DID NOT LET YOU SEE THE BACK!!?? She knew she screwed upI ran out almost in tears (after giving way too generous of a tip) and got hope to look at the back. It felt so DRY and looked so shaved and choppy. I did some research and found out what she did was TAPERING, not LAYERING. A fast (cheap) alternative. It will take me months for it to grow to even think about repairing it. Thanks for ruining my summer.
These people is the worse! They failed to remove all the old polish then wanted me to pay extra for them to do what they should have done the first time. Then goes to say u can pick out a dark polish and it won’t show!!!!!! Never will I come here again. Bad service is why they had no customers
If I could rate this salon with a negative star, I would. The first time I went to this salon was for keratin smoothing treatment and color. After four hours at the salon, I went home and my grey roots were still showing. I had to return and have my hair “fixed.” Assuming this was an isolated experience(apparently I had not read the reviews on this and other sites), I decided to go back and try Salon M2 again. My appointment was for the kerasilk smoothing treatment and color. The keratin was done incorrectly and my hair turned orange!!! The stylist saw how upset I was and promised to fix my hair within the next two days because I had two events to attend. For that reason, I paid under the guise that my hair would be fixed. I called the following day (3x) and was told the manager would call me back. I called again the next day, a Saturday and no one even answered the phone. Being that no one called me back and were clearly dodging my calls, I disputed the charge on my credit card. A month later, I received a phone call from the owner, Michele, asking why I disputed the charge. She was rude and told me that the manager, Angela, was unable to call me sooner because she was “going away for her birthday.” Awfully run business!! Save your time and $$ and go somewhere else!
Have been there for years. I feel so bad for the bad reviews. They did a really nice job on my nails. The ways they service is the best ever. Come and try!!!! I'm pretty sure that you will love it.

First off, I would like to say I truly had horrible experience today. I went to V Nails & Spa to get a take-off and pedicure. The nail tech was soo rough while taking off my acrylic nails that my real nail cracked, leaving meat exposed. All that was said was sorry and I had to pay full price for my service. Usually when you get your nails taken off, clear polish is free but they said they charge for any color, even clear. I will NOT be going back to that salon. Very poor customer service.
