This is the first time that I've ever negatively reviewed a business and hate to not support a local business. However, after 6 months of dealing with Queen City Appliance I feel that buyers should BEWARE.I bought appliances for a new construction home.. the customer service was the VERY WORST. The person who was my original sales person went on medical leave and that left me with no one at all to help with my order & delivery of appliances. I was given false dates for delivery several times and ended up driving more than two hours to the store so that i would have the cook top in time for my counter top installation. One sales person told me that he was doing me a favor by helping me because he was not making commission because my sales person was out on medical leave and he would still get commission. I don't care who gets the commission. I just wanted my appliances. Once the appliances were delivered, the down draft did not work. I called customer service and they were unhelpful and blamed it on the installation and gave me an 800 number for the manufacturer. I've worked with a lot of different businesses while building my house and Queen City was above and beyond the worst experience that I have had. Terrible, terrible, terrible service all the way around.
I've tried to change this review because it posted it to the wrong business. But every time I try to edit and fix it it says I have not written enough words. I tried to write a bad review to a business on Park Road but it posted it to the wrong business. Be careful with these yellow pages !
Alex, along with his dad, came out to service my KitchenAid dishwasher. He was here about 3 hours and finally determined the circuit board was the issue. He put a hold on the part for the repair to install after he returned from a business trip out of town a week later. That was on April 13, 2017 and today is April 28, and after 5 messages, he has yet to return my call. I used to travel on business so I understand being away, but in the evening I always checked my messages and returned calls. I chose this company bc of the great reviews. Alex was very pleasant and professional as stated; but after so many attempts I can't understand him ignoring my calls. My check has been cashed and my dishwasher is not repaired. What's one to think?
I called several large named Companys when my furnace was not working. I was put off. A/C heat & Repair came to my home at 1:00 am, and fixed the problem. I had warm air in my house that night. Highly recomended.

We have been contacting Best Buy from earlier this afternoon trying to find a resolution to the damaged TV we bought last night but only got frustrated answered from their employees. We bought a Samsung 55" 4k TV from local Best Buy store (#1767) in Charlotte, NC last night at 8:49 PM. When we got home and took the TV out of its box, we found a cracked screen, it is at the bottom of the screen and at first we thought it is the plastic wrap but then I realized there is no plastic wrap on top of the screen, so obviously it is a crack. I brought the TV back right after I got off work today around 3 PM and wanted an exchange. But the store manager said they could not offer an exchange because it was inspected by their inspector before we left the store last night. BUT as we remembered, the inspector opened the TV box but did not even take the wrapping paper off to inspect the TV, it was nearly close time last night, it took him less than 10 seconds to look at the TV, besides, we were not asked to inspect the TV ourselves. The crack is at the bottom of the screen, the inspector did not see it and let us take it home. When I took the TV back this afternoon, the internal crack already spreads to the top. The store manager said they could only offer a $599 credit back to us and we have to pay over $300 for the damage. We trusted the inspector and the store so we thought it is a good TV, even after we found the cracked screen last night, we did not take pictures as evidence because we trusted the store would take it back. We did not expect the store staff would question us, use our trustfulness against us and let us take the responsibility for their fault.
The customer service was horrible this is my first ever experience with an Apple product.....definitely my last...wouldn't replace or fix my phone.....but was happy to give me a 200.00 upgrade!!! Never again!!
You gotta go here to get a loan. Nicest people. Got my rent/car payment in 5 mins. Saved the day. No hassle and smilin' faces.
