Horrible customer service. Dreadfully understaffed. After a cashier was alerted I needednhelp, an announcement was made. Waited another 30 minutes. Still no one. Finally left. Poor management!

We have always done our monogramming here. Usually it comes out good and we have never had a problem. Today I picked up an item for my son's Easter basket. The monogramm was done in the wrong color. The lady was rude and unhelpful. She told me unless I wanted to pay $23 to fix it I could just take it and have a good weekend. I have since found out she was the owner. I feel so taken advantage of and all I can do is not go back and tell you how bad their service is. When they get it right it's great but when it's wrong sadly your the one left holding the bag and loosing money.

Ordered two baby gifts on line, then tried to contact the store. The phone rang forever, then was finally answered and twice I was put on hold before the line went dead. Then called back and no one ever answered the phone. If this is indicative of their level of customer service, shop elsewhere!!
