I had an excellent experience from start to finish with Town and Country Ford on Friday, when my wife and I purchased a new 2016 Focus. For starters, the salesman, Carl Ralston, was very attentive. He handled all of the credit paperwork with me over the phone, so when my son and I (my wife didn't want to be troubled) got to the dealership later that evening, all that was left was for my trade to be appraised and for me to pick out a car. The trade appraisal was spot on, and the car that Carl helped me pick out was exactly what my wife was looking for. The finance manager, Russ Herzlich (sp) found us financing that met our needs exactly, and less than an hour after we got there, I was driving my wife's car home. She did have come back the next day to sign her paperwork, but she was done before they could get the car cleaned!!!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience overall. This was the second vehicle that I have purchased from Carl, and I will continue to do so!
Bought convertible about 1.5 years ago. First Volvo. Great price/process and great service since. The 5-year full service, including maintenance, is true -- only thing excluded so far has been tire rotatation. No attempts to gouge or add-on like some dealerships/garages. Purchase price negotiated by internet, phone and email, so when we arrived, no issues; best price on East Coast and only slightly above cost -- and not much more than used car. Particular kudos to AJ in the showroom and Jean-Paul in the service department. Only thing preventing 5-stars? ... Update that waiting room and ensure there is a coffee table or work space!
I have had a couple of issues with University Volvo. Until about a year ago they have been very helpful. However, I never really had an issue that needed helping. Recently I required assistance from two of the mangers (service manager, Tonya and parts manager, Dwayne). Dwayne was very helpful and had great customer service skills. Unfortunately, I can not say the same about Tonya. Although she says all the right things, her tone is definitely not friendly and customer service is not a priority of hers. I did not feel she cared to maintain a customer relationship.
The price is incredible, service excellent, and reception great at Glass Masters. I had my minivan windshield glass replaced on 9/28/2011 there. Before I went, I was a little bit hesitate because of some previous negative comments. But my experience there was unbelievably good there. I got the lowest price which was exactly what I was promised during the phone the day before. No appointment made. I just walked in and my windshield glass replaced in 1 1/2 hour. Glass Maters is the best. I recommend to everyone for your auto glass need.
Town and Country Ford of Charlotte, NC made buying our 2011 Ford Escape one of the best decision for transportation we have ever made. Bought it from them new and have had them to service it also. Easy in and easy out always. They have a friendly environment and they are very attentive. All of our automotive needs have been met with professionalism. This is why we keep coming back and will purchase another new Ford from Town and Country in the future. Great sales people and great service department. Thank You!
Although I do not have a Volvo (yet) but that never stopped them from giving me the best service. Tonya, John Paul and Greg are absolutely wonderful to work with. I have watched each and everyone of these people be kind and attentive to not only me but others. I would definately recommend University Volvo to all. Thank you all for catering to me and my Ford until I purchase my Volvo. It will definately come from University Volvo.
We have been using them for over 15 years and it saves us a lot of money. Most parts arrive next day and shipping charges are very reasonable. Reading some of the revues here make me very upset because they sound very unreasonable . This is a wholesale business and they are very busy and do not have time to waste. If you want a personal service go to Autozone or Advance and pay 3 times more for the same part.
Excellent service!!!! Tim Whitford , Store Manager at Arbor Crreek Drive helped to make my day easy. I needed a gas cap on saturn vue with engine light on. He checked stock, put cap and check to make sure that was the problem. Kept me from spending day at auto shop. My salesman, Safa Yousef, was awesome. However, the manager (whose name Idon’t recall) was not the nicest person around. The process takes too longand one of our "new" key fobs is held together with electric tape.
