Spammer phone company. Auto dialer claiming to be with Google listing. Constant calls to my business with an autodialer.
I was very disappointed of the costumer services this location offer, a group of unprofessional personal running this store with no clue or skills of costumer services or basic skills of selling.

They were advertising a sale when you purchase 2 items (speaker & headphones), but wouldn't honor the sale. I was told they he printed the flyer incorrectly so nothing could be done. I've called relentlessly, but no manager will ever get on the phone - nor will he return a call.
I have ordered sim card from T-mobile website and it the SIM card was damaged. I discussed with the customer care representative and he told me that there will not be any fees/charges for replacement of SIM card. I went this shop but the shop guy was horrible and demanding me for fees of $15 dollar. He is not listening to me at all and only demanding me for the money. He was very rude and impatience. This was a very horrible experience. I went to north charlotte and withing 5 mins i get the new sim card without any fess.
PLEASE BE AWARE WITH THEM. THEY SOLD US THE SAMSUNG GUSTO 2 AS BRANDNEW VERIZON CERTIFIED. THESE PHONES WERE PREPAID PHONES. THE LABELS WERE TEMPERED WITH AND PHONES WERE FLASHED AND HAS NEW ESN'S. WE CAN NOT ACTIVATE THESE PHONES WITH PAGEPLUS AND COMPANY REFUSES TO HELP US OUT OR TO REIMBURSE IN ANY WAY OR FLASH IT BACK. WATCH OUT IF THEY STATE ON THEIR WEBSITE ABOUT BRANDNEW VERIZON CERTIFIED BECAUSE IS A SCAM. PHONE IS NEW BUT WITH TEMPERED LABEL AND DIFFERENT ESN THAT PAGEPLUS DOES NOT WANT TO ACTIVATE ON THEIR NETWORK. I HAD GOOD RELATION WITH THIS COMPANY BUT AM VERY DISAPPOINTED ON THEIR ACT. My wife and I drove an hour to this device support center because her Samsung Galaxy Note 4 was operating very slowly. The most experienced staff at our local AT&T store told us that this phone clearly was not working properly and would have to be warrantied. Deadra, who works at the Providence Rd. Device Support Center, was not helpful at all and seemed to enjoy making us upset. She knew next to nothing about smartphones. Deadra spoke to us in a sarcastic and condescending way throughout our visit. When we asked for a manager, Deadra told us that she was the manager for that day. We were appalled at Deadra's poor attitude and terrible customer service. I would rate this business as zero stars if possible. We wasted the better part of a day getting nowhere with the new phone AT&T had sold us and having the worst customer experience of our lives.
Bought the latest Samsung phone. A Karrina chick informed me that you can't use any other chargers with the phone except a Samsung phone. She then KNOWINGLY sold me a charger that was a Samsung Cord but an Apple iPhone head. This is a big NO. This can cause damage to any phone. It has to be both a Samsung cord and head. Im not familiar with how Apple phone chargers look, so I did not know until a few co-workers told me by how it looked and how slow it was charging. I called Samsung's 1800# & asked them, and they confirmed that it is in fact the incorrect charger and it can definitely ruin a phone. I explained this to Elite, yet all they cared about was the money. She wouldn't even admit to her mistake, nor would she even apologize for selling me the wrong charger for my phone. Extremely cold hearted and ruthless. Wouldn't give me a refund because it was past the 7day policy, EVEN THOUGH it was her fault and she told me the wrong information JUST to get a $15 sale! I told her what steps I was going to take, but no f*&^ were given. Apparently they don't care about the business reputation AT ALL. As long as they take advantage of you and try to pull one over on you, they will. They think they can get away with bad customer service because they're privately owned, so they will try to pull a fast one on you.Be careful going to Elite. They don't value customers, your opinions, your feelings, your customer service. All they care about is the money and could care less about their customers. As paying customers, we deserve better. We deserve to be treated with respect. We deserve to give a business our money that wants our business.
I just called for general info. On the iPhone 6+ and the clerk couldn't answer my most basic questions on the difference in the 6 and the 6+ iPhones and why there will be a discount on Black Friday on the iPhone 6 but not the 6+. I asked why not the 6+ and he said he didn't know. I asked to speak to the manager or someone who might know more. He states"0 "there is only one other person working right now and he was busy". I then told him I would call another Verizon store who might be more interested in speaking to me and possibly selling me a phone. End of story.
