Racism begets racism! Today I was shopping at Walmart and when I went to check out, the cashier did not say hello or greet me in any way whatsoever. I did notice that Emina her name said hello to the "Black" customer in front of me as well as gave a greeting to the "Black" customer behind me. I will not walk in her line again and 90% of the staff at that time were all Afro-American to be politically correct. Therefore I was apprehensive of complaining. Maybe her 300lbs of overweight hinders her good judgment, regardless customer service at this store gets a big FAT "D" btw I am not white fyi
We have always done our monogramming here. Usually it comes out good and we have never had a problem. Today I picked up an item for my son's Easter basket. The monogramm was done in the wrong color. The lady was rude and unhelpful. She told me unless I wanted to pay $23 to fix it I could just take it and have a good weekend. I have since found out she was the owner. I feel so taken advantage of and all I can do is not go back and tell you how bad their service is. When they get it right it's great but when it's wrong sadly your the one left holding the bag and loosing money.
1 year later and I still love it here! The salary bonuses & benefits are superior to many other employers of the same size & type. The work is not easy, the standards for performance and productivity are set high, this is not the right place for an individual who is not willing to work hard everyday and be held accountable for meeting productivity goals. Career growth is available, my management team is supportive and interested in the growth & development of the associates.
