I wanted to speak with a Director of Customer Support today but its pretty obvious with their phone system at the headquarters where I live in Charlotte that will never happen. Customer service, Quality. & availability of parts for my washing machine is the worst I having ever encountered in my 34 years! Front load washer spending well over $1800.00 which includes the pedestal has been down two times in less than seven years. Hose leaking & now the motor control needs to be replaced. Bought a Dryer as well at $1800.00 dollars. After this latest issue I will have spent for parts and labor over $800.00 in less than seven years for this washer. I've had to go to the laundromat numreous times because of these issues and spend money to wash my clothes. I wouldn't buy another Electrolux product if you gave it to me. The next time this thing breaks it will be sitting out at the end of my driveway for the trash man. I will tell as many people as possible in my sub-division here in Charlotte to stay away from your products. Electrolus management doesn't care why should I care!

I bought this frig 5 yrs ago and in 5 yrs i have replaced the ice maker 4 times @ $300 each time. Additionally, the plastic on the frig is breaking. I wrote to the company about my issues and all they said was regarding the ice maker..they would give me a 30% discount on the parts. The ice maker failed AGAIN 9 months later. I will never buy another Electrolux appliance and am going to file a complaint with the BBB.
This company is a Farce! I purchased a $4000.00 Electrolux Refrigerator 5 years ago (Out of Warranty I know). I have had Mr. Appliance come to repair the Ice Maker 5 times at a cost of over $430. They said that they cannot fix it. The/I have called their customer service multiple times, plus Factory Support 3 times. They will not help and have no suggestions about how to fix it. Mr. Appliance techs have told me that Electrolux cannot design an Ice Maker that works properly. BTW: The average refrigerator lasts 17 years. This kind of indifference to their Customers in Appalling to say the least. Never will buy any Electrolux Product again, neither should You!!!
I have experienced hands-down the worst customer I think I've ever encountered. We bought a dishwasher in Dec. 14. There has been someone out for repair twice with a third appt upcoming. BUT getting someone to arrive at the appointment time has been impossible each and everytime. There has been missed appt. after missed appt. for a total of six days and countless hours trying to get repair visits. Our family has lost a weeks' worth of vacation trying to get our new dishwasher repairs again and again. I've been pushed up to supervisors repeatedly who swear the appt. they're making will be the real one. No one shows. This last time a supervisor reschedule a missed appointment only to have the repair person not show up - TWICE. Shockingly bad customer service and what appears to also be a sub-par product. I purchased an air conditioner and it lasted one summer. The compressor stopped cooling because the refrigerant leaked out. It took 2 weeks for the technician to come out and said he had to order parts. They called today and said the parts were in and the technician would be out Thursday, When I called back too confirm the appointment I find out it is for Thursday July 14. The parts are still in warranty and I have an extended service agreement, There is no reason for such shoddy service,
I spent $1,800 on a new Frigidaire range model number FGEF308TNF. What a huge mistake. The main electronic control board is defective and they have no replacement parts as all their boards have a defect. They say the repair warranty does not state a time frame for repair so I am stuck with this lemon product indefinitely. They say they have not sold enough to issue a recall and that they will not refund the purchase. I will never by Electrolux or Frigidaire or any of their other brands again. CEO Jack Truong is running a fraudulent business not disclosing the defects of this product. Their repair warranty is useless
