City Cab LLC This is a joke of a company one of their divers hit 2 vehicles in the parking lot of Hyatt’s gun shop on 4-23-17 and left the scene. After wittiness seen this and reported the driver the owner of the company, said they were not responsible for the actions of the drivers they hire. This driver had a customer at the time of this incident. The owner of the company then went on to say since the owners of said vehicles did not see the incident happen that it didn’t matter. After calling the police found out that the driver was here on a work visa.( really). So this driver can commit crimes and hit other people’s vehicles and not be responsible for any damages. The drivers tag # was recorded and reported to the owner. This is a huge safety issue for anyone using this cab company you put your life in danger when you use this company due to owners non ability to hire safe drivers who abide the traffic laws.This company acts like that was ok that this happened. I will be reporting this company to the state for investigation and hope that justice is served. My advice to anyone needing a ride to avoid this company, call Uber or walk you would be safer than getting a ride with this company

Taxi 1666 was driving down Billy Graham Blvd like a fool on 8/14 @12:35. Cutting people off, speeding, ridiculous.
The driver cancelled the ride on me immediately after I had just got the notification the driver was on his way. That was very rude. I will never try to get a ride from this company ever again.
Had to take cab home from the emergency room. My arm was in a sling. I had to ASK the driver to come around and help me with the heavy door and he didn't want to get out to help. Couldn't take a debit card because his reader was broken and he left his Square at home so I had to pay extra for him to find an ATM to get cash. Didn't know his way around at all and did not use GPS, if he even had one. Kept asking me about some kind of voucher to pay him with. Had no idea what he meant. Horrible experience!!!
Given an estimate of $60.00 then actually charged $90.00 for the trip. WHAT A RIP OFF! Of course, when I questioned the difference, i was simply told "not really sure what happened". Well i do, can you say SCAMMED!

Absolutely 5 star service! I used them for my daughters getaway car after her wedding on 1-7-17. The night before we had a winter storm and recieved 2 to 4 inches of snow, unusual for our area. I was worried they would cancel due to road conditions, but instead they complimentary upgraded us from the Cadillac XTS to the Escalade SUV! Due to the weather we changed the pick up time several times and these guys happily rolled with the punches! Their chauffeur, Andre, was outstanding and delivered our precious cargo safely to their hotel. I would recommend this Limo service to anyone based on our experience. They have the best rates in Charlotte too! I checked around. Heather in the office was amazing and so sweet and polite. She made it all happen! I could not be any happier about this experience! This company needs to be shut down and I say that because tonight my mother was dropped off at a gas station and left and that was not her destination she called an hour here so she can get dropped off at work and she wanted to stop by the store so she can get the money to pay the cab driver and something to eat in the cab driver left her he was very rude and very disrespectful and late now this cab drivers number is 1801 and I would like for him to be fired or this cab company to be shut down because if this is how you treat your customers you no longer need to be standing now if someone would like to contact me further information here is my email address email@example.com
Fast isn't even in their vocabulary! !! Called a head and waited for 30 minutes. Had to call back and put on hold for 6 minutes so they could "check" where the cab was at. Really? With GPS and you can't even tell how far away the cab is. Never again. I will use uber or city cab next time.
