One of the best decisions we made during my purchase of my home was to hire Julie Tuggle as my real estate agent. Unlike dual agents, she is a buyers agent and would solely work on behalf of the buyer. I built my house in NC living in NJ and was solely dependent on my agent to make key decisions. Choosing the lot location in a new development could be a very challenging decision and Julie helped us choose one of the best locations within my community. We had several issues with the builder and one of the major issue was that the builder denied home inspections during the construction phase. Julie fought tooth and nail with the builder and even took it to their management and eventually forced them to concede on the inspection and I was glad that a few structural issues were detected much early in the construction process and was fixed by the builder. She even sent the inspection report to the county inspector to verify/validate the structural fixes made by the builder. Julie and her partner Mike had been very friendly and would listen to your needs/requirements and work with you making your home purchase a dream come true. Overall I would highly recommend Julie Tuggle and Carloina's buyers agency for your real estate needs. Hiring a buyers agent is extremely important first step in your home purchase and Carolina Buyers Agency is one the best in Charlotte.
Bob Clark has been amazing from Lead Dog Realty. Not only is he extremely helpful and guides you through the process just like any other agent..he treats you like a real person as well. :) I have met a lot of agents in my time and he is amazing. My house sold quickly and I referred him to one of my good friends whose house sold within a week. You are getting the same service as any other agency you just are not getting robbed for tons of money and the staff is way more pleasant to work with. This is the only way to sell a home. Don't pay 3% to a sellers agent that isn't going to do anything for you. Bob will provide you with comps, do the paperwork, get you on MLS, setup showings site, lockbox, sign, take pics and stay in touch with you throughout the process.
100% Recommend PRISTINE PROPERTIES of Charlotte, NC.They are an Awesome Lawn Service, very reasonably priced and do excellent work. The owner is right there on the job with his workers. They've cut my lawn at least ten times over the last few years whenever I was not able to do it myself. They do a better job on my lawn than I do. I get a call from the owner or his wife letting me of any problems. I always fell like they care about their customers. That seems rare these days. Because they are conscientious, have excellent prices, and do what it takes to complete the job correctly and on schedule, I will be hiring them to cut the lawn and trim the shrubs for a long time to come! As a real estate agent he was superb, letting me know all the key attributes that would increase the value of my property and informing me of features that would increase my enjoyment in my new home. Building a new house as a first time homeowner can be a bit overwhelming. Chadvances installed laminate wood in my kitchen and hall way. He did a fabulous job! He was prompt on time and always professional. He gave me an estimate and a great one at that one day, and was ready to do the job a few days later. He picked my materials up and delivered them to my house, in which that helped me out tremendously!!! His services were heaven sent. I have to say...not the best experience.I became a landlord instead of homeowner unexpectedly, and decided to work with John. He located tenants very quickly but their English was not good and they had no grasp of property care and upkeep basics. They called in for EVERYTHING, and the repair people on call were not cheap. I had to step in and find more reasonably priced repair people and after a time I felt it was not worthwhile to pay a management fee when in fact I was doing the "managing".

Realistically, mobile storage is only an option if you're moving or renovating your house. Mobile storage units are not part of an existing facility. Mobile units are typically stationed outside your home after they are delivered by the storage company.

When it comes to taking full advantage of your self-storage facility, you have to know what you can and cannot store. Some items are not suitable for storage.
Flammables like gasoline, propane tanks and kerosene, as well as certain types of paint are not allowed to be stored by any means, said Extra Space Storage. Glassware and valuable china should all be individually wrapped and placed in reinforced or separate boxes. You can then use the label maker to ensure the word "fragile" is somewhere on the box.
Different pieces of furniture require certain methods of storage. Special bags will protect any couches and chairs you're storing. When you bring these items to the unit, be sure to stand them up to maximize space.
Bed frames should ideally be taken apart before being put into a storage unit, while mattresses can be wrapped in a protective seal and stood against a wall. If you're unable to take apart the bed frame, do not store any materials nearby that may taint the color of the bedding.
For smaller tables, try to take them apart. If that's not possible, place a moving blanket on the floor and then place the table on top with its legs facing upward, and then wrap them in a protective material. For chairs, place them upside down on a table also covered in protective material.
Dressers can be placed against the wall and also used as a space to store boxes. Additionally, the drawers can house small fragile items. Just be sure to use stretch wrap to prevent the drawers from opening.
Lamps should be disassembled, wrapped in protective material and placed in boxes specifically designed to store lamps. When it comes to televisions, protect them as much as possible. If you're storing a TV, you'll likely want to rent a climate-controlled storage unit because extreme temperatures may cause some issues with liquid crystal displays.
In general, furniture should be stored with care and covered in protective material whenever possible. Ensure your storage space can hold multiple large furniture sets as well.
Most storage facilities have security measures in place. They are generally accessible for a certain number of hours and have a manager on site, in addition to security cameras. They also require you to submit a special code to enter. You should also make sure the property is adequately lit for visits in the evening.
