Please think twice before doing any business at this location. The cashiers and managers are rude and very slow. Most cashiers do not know what they are doing, so they have to call out for "Customer Service" every two minutes. I ended up having to wait for more than 20 minutes to get a transaction completed. Once I left the store, I realized that the cashier had made a mistake and I would have to go back in there and start all over. I decided to drive across town to get the mistake fixed rather than walk back into this location and waste another 20 minutes or more of my time.
This place sucks, it is so damn slow and at night you are standing in line for thirty minutes or more. It's so ridiculous that there are two cashiers, but only one of them does all the work!!!DO NOT EVER COME HERE IF YOU HAVE THINGS TO DO!
I frequently visit many of your stores for cash loans in the Charlotte, NC area. Yesterday, my customer service experience was not what I'm used to receiving from Cash America Pawn. I called the store at approximately 5:52pm. I spoke with the manager to let them know I was coming down the street to pick up. They replied, "we're putting the bikes in now, if you hurry up you can catch us". At 5:59 p.m., I was at your door and one of your representatives was locking the door. There was still one customer inside, so I asked,"I have one minute, can I come on in for a pickup only?" The associate spoke through the door stating, she had already started counting the drawer down. This was hard to believe since it was not even 6:00 pm yet. I then called while standing outside your store, and asked if I could speak with her manager who I spoke with not even 10 minutes before. She placed me on hold for over two minutes, and no one ever came to the phone. As a customer service professional myself, I understand when it's close to closing time you are ready to end your shift. I also understand that the last customer should be treated with the same courtesy, as the first customer. I was very disappointed at the service I received from the associate at the door, 1 minute before closing while another customer was still inside being serviced. My family and I are frequent customers there, so I wanted to share my experience with you.
