After years of faithful service, I will be finding another store to purchase my family's eyewear. My son lost a screw to his glasses, took them in to be see about getting it fixed. I hand them to the woman at the desk, she appraises them and says it'll be a quick fix! She returns 5 minutes later saying we'll need to turn them in on the warranty and hands them back TWISTED and MANGLED! She then had the audacity to accuse me of bringing them in that way! They were in mint condition. He's had them 2 weeks! It's not about the $40 warranty, it's about the lack of service.
