        This company is very thuro doesn't put up with drama. Very well ran. Well maintained. Averaged price range. Communications has never been an issue. Owner is prompt to respond. Haven't experience any maintenance issues yet. Love it! -Jon

        TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!!! Apartments are nice but communication is awful & price is way high for service and quality of what you get. DO NOT USE GO ELSEWHERE PLENTY OF APARTMENTS THAT WILL TREAT YOU WELL AND HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION AND WON'T TRY TO SCAM YOU.

        Do NOT trust them. Extremely unorganized and awful communication. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The apartments may look nice but they are NOT worth the trouble and the expense for a 1br.
