If you're looking for a GREAT surgeon, Dr. Ford is the expert you need to see. I can't thank him enough for how he's helped me. He looked out for my health and when the hospital tried to charge me more after the surgery he took care of that also. He went above and beyond all the way around. Always there just a phone call away. I highly recommend Dr. Ford, I truly believe he is the BEST! I had my hernia surgery back in August of 2016. Everything went smooth and I haven't had any problems since. It's so nice not to look down and see a big lump sticking out on my belly that was impossible to hide for over 30 years. I wound up losing my belly button it was totally destroyed. I waited so long it was beyond repair. I can honestly say I don't miss it at all. I tell everyone I'm an alien. My wife has always told me that I am out of this world. I couldn't be happier with the results so do yourself a favor and see Dr. Ford. -Thanks, Ray Williams
I took my husband to Trident in Moncks Corner and even before the doctor came in. There was a lady that can in wanting to know what credit card we wanted to use and we have insurance. I will never go back to this hospital.
Awesome Doctor..He saved my leg and the follow UPS are excellent..
Best decision ever I made was to choose Seasons ObGyn for my obstetrical care. Everyone there catered to me as if I were their only patient. Great experience and the atmosphere was very pleasant and clean.
Only doctor there that cared about my concerns was Dacus. The other doctors treated me as just another number and didn't seem to care about my concerns. This is my first pregnancy and the only dr. there I am comfortable with is Dacus. Also the wait times are long, there are more patients at one time than parking, and they allowing smoking right outside the door we have to enter.. I mean hello pregnant!
Grossly understaffed. Rude and inconsiderate nurses. A few of the nurses were wonderful. Broken equipment. Did not keep family informed as promised. Overcrowded. Would not recommend to anyone for surgery or post-operative care.
I went to the ER recently at the TMC in Monck's Corner. Though I was seen quickly, I was diagnoses incorrectly. I was told I had really bad food poisoning and was given by the doctor I saw, Thompson, ibuprofen and tylenal and a medication to ease my stomach problem on a Thursday night. I had a follow up appointment with a physician at Palmetto Primary today (monday) and was told I did not have food poisoning but something MUCH more serious. The doctor at TMC was in my room for 2 minutes and diagnosed me immediately with food poisoning. While I spent 3 hours at my appointment with Palmetto and figured out I had IBS.
I received awesome service in a timely manner. Also grateful that the facility was open on the weekends.
Truly felt like just a number. They rush through their patients. Always overbooked; terrible wait times (at least 30 minutes in the afternoon). No care at all, never told me test results, doctor laughed that I had a list of questions on my first time seeing a doctor (not just a nurse), even though its my first pregnancy. Only saw a doctor twice during all of my visits, and they each spent less than 5 minutes with me. Finally left at 22 weeks pregnant, after I realized it wasn't getting any better and they could not be trusted to listen to me or my concerns, especially during labor and delivery. They apparently do "routine" drug testing- even though I have a perfect textbook pregnancy, zero signs of drug use and have never taken any kind of drug ever in my life. They didn't even bother explaining why or how the info would be used, or even have a conversation about it at all. Receptionists and some of the nurses are nice, and offices are clean and comfortable but that's the only good things I can say about them.
