Worst experience ever!!! Was lied to and will be moving the 7 devices I have with them as soon as possible. After being with this company for over 10 years. No respect for me as a customer.
This dealer sold me faulty equipment for more than full priced brand new at a regular retail dtore. He also gave no reciept,so no store policies Included and would not except device back a day later. Nothing was wrong with it and accused me of doing something to the phone that he also sold me on faulty terms saying it was brand new normal but this was not the case! It was attached to prepaid accounts and therefore attached itselfto my normal plan without hopes of removall for at least 6 months then did not give me half of what i paid back for the f s ulty equipment sold to me!lies and horible service and horrible knowledge of phones. Don't bother with going here!
This is the WORST Verizon I've ever had the misfortune of visiting! We went Easter weekend so I could upgrade and we only chose this location because the original one we were going to visit had a 40 minute wait time. We walked into the store and it was like we didn't even exist. I had to physically go to an employee and tell him that I needed to upgrade. He was very impersonal and was in a hurry to get us out of the store, it felt like. I asked him how much off the total I was going to get if I traded in one of my phones and he basically lied and told me that "Verizon doesn't really like to take old phones and you'll only be getting back about 10% of what you paid." Ok, I know phones lose value over time...All consumer electronics do. This was not, however, what I was quoted literally 3 days ago. Last week I was told I would be getting at least twice that much and probably more...and I'm not stupid. Verizon has always taken my old devices back despite how cheap and old they are. I don't normally write scathing reviews of places like this because honestly, they bend every one of their customers over the table at some point. But seriously? You're lying to me like that and not only that, but you're telling my dad that he's going to have to pay the rest of it even after I told him I was paying?! Ridiculous. Will be trying to avoid THIS Verizon and all the others if I can help it. Instead, we will be going to Best Buy AND getting our money's worth. If I could pay to get out of this contract with Verizon, I would definitely be heading over to AT&T TODAY. Extremely poor customer service and lack of empathy for our situation.
