I recently purchased a 2013 Explorer from Palmetto Ford and it was an awesome experience. Prior to going to the dealership I called and spoke with the finance manager Mike and he gave me a ton of great information. I am always skeptical going to car dealerships because they are not known for their honesty but everything that I was told prior to making the trip up there was true. When I arrived at the dealership Mike introduced me to my salesman Kelvin who was super friendly from the beginning. He right away took me out to start seeing what all I was going to want in my Explorer. He was very patient with my 2 year old son and made me feel at ease with the whole car buying process. Managers Bruce and Scott were also very helpful in making my deal happen. I explained I had been working very hard to be able to get this vehicle and I really wanted to be able to make a deal. They worked all day on my trade amount and getting a great finance rate. After all the paperwork was done and I was presented with the keys, the internet manager came out to my vehicle and spent 30 minutes explained everything about the technology in my vehicle and how to work it so I would be comfortable using it. I really appreciate the amazing service I received there and it was refreshing to walk away from the dealership being able to say I had a great experience. THANK YOU PALMETTO FORD!!!
We had been searching for a car for many, many months. After giving up...we finally found this place on the internet. Went and looked at a car and felt totally at ease, no pressure. No bull. The car we liked was ever so slightly out of our price range, and we had another lot on our list for the day, so we got their number and went to the other lot. It was such a horrible experience (at the other dealership), and so much bull, that though they had a car that was more in our price range, we felt 100% uneasy with not only the car salesmen, but the car as well. He showed us two, and it felt like the biggest pitch and I felt that both cars would be nothing but trouble. And the game he played on our trade in was nuts.... so we high tailed it out of there and felt like just embracing Bentley (salesmen's name) when we got back to Windham select. They buy was so seamless after that.... the car looked amazing and was definitely a great fit for us. We took it to a mechanic (the Chevy Dealership) a couple of days later and he said the car looked great! It had no mechanical issues at all. We are so grateful we found this place. Thanks fellas!
Just bought a 2004 Porsche Cayenne Turbo from Ricky at Car Coast. I've been on his lot before and he always has an excellent selection of late model sport luxury vehicles. If you are looking to have the image of driving a premium vehicle, but don't want to pay the new prices for them, you have to check out what Ricky has on his lot. The people at Car Coast are up front and honest about the condition of the vehicles they are selling. The Porsche I bought needed some work, but I knew about it before buying the car. Ricky was more than willing to allow me to take the car to have my mechanic perform an inspection if I wanted. People just have to realize that even though they may be buying a car cheaply from him, parts and maintenance are still the same price as any other BMW, Mercedes, Audi, or Range Rover sold elsewhere. Having said that, if you talk to him, he can usually get you a good deal on parts or services if the car you buy needs any more work. You can't expect cars with 100k plus miles to be in perfect condition, however he does a great job at getting them in the best condition possible while keeping the price reasonable.
I bought my 2013 Kia Soul from this dealership and they are extremely professional about the way they handle tough customers (like my dad). One of the salesmen there did everything he could to sell us my car and managed to get the payments down to almost nothing! Outstanding work! If you're in the market for a new or pre-owned Kia, I definitely recommend this place. If you live in Mt. Pleasant (for instance) and have to travel, it's well worth the cost of gas to go over there and take a look. They had every color that Kia makes including that popular Alien Green and that's the one I chose. Highly recommended, outstanding service and they showed me how everything in the car works. It's not just making a sale with these people, they genuinely want to help their customers.
I recently bought a car at Morris Nissan and was blown away at the service! I have bought several new and used cars in my lifetime, but the experience at Morris Nissan was more that excellent! I went in, told the salesman what I wanted to look at, he went and got it, I test drove it, liked it and bought it. All was done and I was on my way in my new car within about 2 1/2 hours from the time I walked through the door. Anytime I have had a problem or needed some information, they were always more than willing to help me out...namely Joe, Bill and Jennifer. Thanks guys!!
I first bought my old car back in 2014 and it was nightmare! One problem after another. I got tired of it and looked at different dealerships to look into trading it.
