Save your time and find yourself a pharmacy that cares! Strike #5 IM OUT!!#1 They MESSED up the DOSAGE for a CANCER patient's daily medication! #2 They DID NOT LABEL the EXPIRATION DATE for the same CANCER patient(my daughter)!#3 No ONE CALLED ME BACK when I complained of this serious matter yet again!#5 The medication is always short!#4 Do not ever tell me what to do! You are not my friend you are taking my RX refill!!I paid your over priced prices and put up with your rude service! Not any more!
This place is a scam. DON"T GO HERE!!!!! They will short you on pills and then lie about it!!!! They charged me for 45 pills, but only gave me 30. When I complained, they did not believe me. Count your pills while you are at the register.

The staff was very stern and impatient and did not help me resolve my issue. I called to find out if I could get a mask fitted, and they fired back with at least ten reasons why I can't do that due to having purchased a CPAP machine somewhere else. The lady also went into a long explanation about how my insurance has "dug me into a deeper hole" and about how I should not have purchased my CPAP supplies from somewhere else. For the people working at Lincare Charleston, here's a little advice. When a customer calls, they don't want to hear about how they have a difficult and unsolvable problem, so next time, spare that. Focus on the solutions and what can be done to address the problems.
The Pharmacy Tech(female) was very rude and unprofessional , I'm considering switching pharmacies because of her attitude.
The worst customer service ever. Christina was rude and not knowledgeable at all about home oxygen. She was of no help just rude. It's your choice and I'd choose another company.
I've lived down here since January. I've had several scripts filled here and they are always pleasant! Today while picking up a script, my husband and I saw the flu shot sign. This was the first time ever getting a flu shot that I didn't even feel the vaccine go into my arm! You know that ache when its going in, not there! The pharmacist knows his stuff! Highly recommend this local shop!
I love this practice! I have been seeing Dr. Rosen for 13 years and also her PA, Becky Repair. I always receive full skin exams and they have found several basal cells that were treated immediately. I have been to 2 other dermatologists in Mt. Pleasant for convenience purposes (I live over there) but came back to Dr. Rosen because I felt my skin exams were inadequate. Dr. Rosen has a great staff that has been there for a long time. I don't mind the drive to see them - I think they are the best Dermatology practice in town.
