Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery of the Lowcountry

I went into Matt Dillard office this morning very nervous about getting my wisdom teeth pulled out. From the front desk, to his two lovely assistants, and Matt Dillard himself, it was a very very comfortable and pleasant experience. I didn't feel a thing during the surgery, I woke up with no nausea, no pain, numb, a little weak and disoriented but they say that's normal because you're not supposed to eat or drink anything 8 hrs before. There was one assistant in particular, young, petite, with light brown hair who helped me to calm down a lot. I was shaking in the chair from nerves and feeling cold and she brought me a fluffy blanket to help keep me warm. She rubbed my arm and let me squeeze her hand while the needles were being put in. I was probably acting like a big baby but they never made me feel ashamed. If I'd known how caring and kind they'd be, I certainly wouldn't have been so worried about it. And when it was over, they put up with my stumbling, silliness, and bit of nonsense babble with a smile and wheelchaired me to my car. I'm sincerely thankful for having found their office. I'd recommend them to you and anybody else, I think they're truly special and absolutely wonderful.

Over the past few years Dr. Matt Dillard has removed three of my third molars and treated my wife for a dental condition. Dr. Dillard and his crew are friendly, professional and most of all compassionate. We followed him to his beautiful new office in West Ashley.
