Came in for work on my 2013 Camaro. Paint work was subpar with bubbles in it. They tried to buff it out but there was no pigment below the bubble so now I have small unpainted specks on my bumper. Additionally they didn't pull the light bezels off so there's obvious paint build up around the tail lights. They repaired the door and The door is misaligned with the car and the window is off so bad that it leaks when ever it rains. Also the windows pops a bit when you open the door. There also a seem that runs along the door opening on the quarter panel that shouldn't be there. Rocker panel that runs along the bottom of the car is also misaligned. I also asked that they remove the emblems from the car they pulled the fender emblems and left the back ones on. They failed at everything I paid them to do to the car. Now I'm left exactly where I was when I found them with a messed up rear bumper and passenger door only a few thousand dollars poorer.

Great shop!!!!! I recently bro...

Great shop!!!!! I recently brought my truck to Louie & Sons for some repairs. My insurance company tried to get me to go someplace else because this shop was not on their preferred list. I had several people tell me this was the place to go. The staff were very helpful in explaining the process and worked with my insurance company. My truck looks like new. I will never go anywhere else.

Great shop

I took my 2000 Acura to Louie and Sons because I liked the look of the shop as well as the quality of the front office staff. I had approximately $3500 worth of damage and the insurance company was trying to nickel and dime me into getting a cheap repair job. Louie and Sons fought to get a top quality job done and didn't allow the insurance company to bully me around. They handled everything both professionally and with my best interest at heart. They completed the job quickly and I have never seen such quality workmanship. I was very impressed with everything. In addition to good work they also back it up... my trunk flooded soon afterward due to a missing plug left out from the repair. All I had to do was take it back up to them and they not only fixed the problem that day but they also detailed my trunk and entire car free of charge. I will always use them for all of my auto body repair. I plan on entrusting them to the restoration of my 1967 Mustang also if that gives you an idea of just how happy I am with them.

Louie & Sons

Louie Garvin use to be a name associated with quality work; however, that seems to have changed. The work they now do is very poor. GO ELSEWHERE!
