        One of Charleston's best...

        FIG (it stands for "Food Is Good") certainly lives up to both its name and its reputation as a multiple James Beard Award winner. In the heart of old Charleston, the ambiance is simple, tasteful, unobtrusive and calming. The service is always amiable and efficient. And the food is extraordinary with imaginative combinations and delicate touches that enhance every course. The chef is creative without ever going overboard; pleasant surprises, but never a gimmick. Great use of local meats, seafood and seasonal produce. We eat here whenever we visit Charleston and have never been disappointed.

        FIG is a full-service restaurant that offers a variety of food items, such as soups, salads, appetizers and entrees.
