Dr. Caldwell is the team physician for a local college, and is a member of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine.

        Unfortunate wast of time

        Would not recommend this practice to anyone. If considering, please do your homework. The office is COMPLETELY incompetent and I slowly found much of what they boasted in the initial seminar was untrue or misleading. Know that this office has been in practice since January of 2011. I came to them in May and found that the "insurance Guru" that Dr. Mitchell praised so highly, had NO idea what she was doing.
