The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Very disorganized and next to nonexistent communication, especially regarding Jenny Wuehrmann (843-818-6144), the person who is supposed to handle titles.I was given incorrect information by the saleman as to what would happen with the title. The title was not showing up at my state's DMV or my mailbox. After multiple calls and multiple voicemail messages left, I was not able to get anyone to call me back and let me know what was going on. Finally, nearly three weeks after the car was purchased, I was able to get in touch with Jenny Wuehrmann (843-818-6144) on October 6, 2017. She told me it had just been sent and gave me the tracking number. Tracking confirmed that a label had been created and the shipper notified at 1:50 pm on 10/5/2017 (the day before). So technically, it still had not been sent – it was still sitting at Stokes Honda North presumably with a shipping label on it. Maybe that means it will eventually be sent. Maybe. Someday.
Bought a certified truck in June. I now have major engine issues. We initially thought it was a water pump so we did not take it to the dealer. The mechanic advised us that it was the engine so I contacted the dealership and found out that we have a warranty. Of course even though the mileage was under the warranty expired two days prior! They will not do anything to make this right. Will never buy another vehicle from these people again! Several things have occurred with this truck so let the buyer beware!

My car had flooded and needed the carpets taken out and cleaned. I was billed for about 8 hours of work, but they kept my car for a MONTH. I was lied to multiple times. They also lost my key and had to order a new one. No one even called to tell me it happened. I called on a Monday towards the end and he told me that received the new key and my car would be done that day or at the latest Tuesday. Friday rolls around and my husband calls. They tell him they just got the key that day and it will be ready next Monday, after they told me they already got it on Monday. I was told at least 5 times my car would be ready throughout the process and it wasn't ever true. Not once did they call me to give me updates, I had to call. I finally asked to speak to a manager on Tuesday and it was magically done. I will NEVER use the collision center again and I plan to spread the word. If you do go to them, make sure you don't get Ryan.
I first bought my old car back in 2014 and it was nightmare! One problem after another. I got tired of it and looked at different dealerships to look into trading it. I met Zeke Harris at crews and he surprised me because he treated me with respect and actually listened to my concerns. I love Crews Chevrolet and even my family goes there to buy cars! Thanks Zeke!
Worst experience looking for a car ever. The salespeople pressure you into cars you aren't interested in or aren't the price you want and I've never seen so much dishonest pricing. I was offered two different amounts for my trade in and was unable to get an actual price on anything. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
Awful experience with the service dept. They have no appreciation for their customers. Do not go here for anything because they will not return your phone calls or try to help you in any way.It is worth the money it will cost to tow my vehicle out of there and take it to another service center so I don't have to deal with them again.I would give this place no stars if I could.
If you want your car serviced right this is not the place to take your car! Customer service is not their top priority and your valuable time means nothing to them. I brought my car in for a problem and while that problem was remedied the car came back to me with another problem. I then brought the car back for that problem and now yet another problem to the car which needs to be fixed. This is a horrible nightmare so save yourself the aggravation and do not bring your car here. The general manager online says he wants to help but I have not had any contact with him after several attempts of trying to contact him.
I was misled and lied to in order for Daemion Hubbard to make a sale. He promised that if I drove from CO to SC to trade in my lease that he would put me into another car with no penalties or charges. He instead added my remaining 15 months of payments to my new car and im stuck in a 5 year loan for double the ticket price. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! His manager Chris Osborne claimed I lied and that I drove 2500 miles for "a good deal" instead of what was promised by his employee. After driving 19hrs back to CO I discover there is zero oil in my engine and I have to have it towed in Kansas to a local dealer. Worst experience of my life. Wish I could give a lower rating.
