Worst experience are ever because of nurses Millicent Nelson and Stuart Henry! Not only did they brutally harass me and change THEIR plans just minutes before surgery, it resulted in permanent damage of my eyesight. They then altered my medical records and submitted them to the SC Board of Licensing! This was done with the approval David Vroman, MD and R. Milton Johnson, President of HCA which owns Trident. Steer clear of this place.
I drove truck for many year's and seen many eye ball doctor's.Marion has the knowledge and a gift of communication as what he is doing and why.I do address him by his first name because of this.If I feel uncofortable to address a Dr. as a Dr. I don't go back( 14 year's?With him).Marion is so up to date on the eye condition's and what a way of he explain's every thing. All the gal's are so professional's.I love the feeling of family.Like your almost waiting on a plate of chicken and fixing's.The true southern smile as warm as sun in early spring.
This is a new office here on James Island. I was going to another office here on the Island for a couple of years. Being unhappy I thought I would try a new one. This office appeared on the list of our insurance. I am so happy I did, this office has the sweetest girl in the front office. And the doc is so patient, kind, and through. I got my exam, and then new glasses. I had problems with one of the lens, and they had no problem replacing it. This was after a new exam. I thought I was having problems with the new one. They had no problem getting me in, well the lens was ok. I told them I was unhappy with the frames I pick. Well, they once again had no problem in accommodating me. I ordered new frames, having to just pay the difference in the cost of the frames. I would say as an over all treatment, I wish that had 10 stars. This office is awesome.
Dr. Spicer is a wonderful, wonderful person. She has excellent surgical skills and a delicate touch. She is very detailed oriented and a perfectionist.I had eye surgery and she took great care of me. She came to see me that night in the hospital andmade sure that I had everything I needed. I was having a painful night and she changed the painmedications and stayed with me until my pain was under control. That impressed my family as well that she cared enough to stay in my room until I was comfortable.I will not forget her special care that night. Dr Spicer has such a kind heart and gently way with people.I recommend her to all of my friends family.
