My mother had a breathing episode while shopping in the store. A man that owns or works in the shop came out to my car for me to come inside to check on my mother. My sandal strap was broken so I had go inside with no shoes on. Once I'd gotten inside, my mother said her breathing episode had passed and she wanted to stay inside trying on wigs so that she could purchase one but needed my help to get different wigs for her to try on instead of her having to keep getting up and down for different ones. After trying on several, a woman who owns or works in the shop, suggested my mom stay with colored wig choices because black hair was not as flattering. That interaction suggested that my mother was still a welcomed customer. Well, my mother did not purchase a wig (due to the style she wanted not being available in color); however, she did purchase other items. At the point of the sale, the man did not thank my mother nor did he ever speak to her outside of saying "pin number." He was noticeably rushing the transaction for her to leave. As she finished up, I mentioned to him that although she may have been a difficult customer, that she purchased nonetheless and deserved a thank you in the least. He made excuses for his rudeness and lack of customer service by saying that he wasn't sure if she was leaving after the purchase or not. This place will NEVER get repeat business from me - at least that is my goal. I feel like my mom should've returned her items because if you don't appreciate my patronage, you don't deserve my patronage.
I showed Justina a picture of how I wanted my hair braided and I told her several times. I even went by her shop Tuesday so she could see the length of my hair and to see if she could catch my back being that I have a short hair style. I went there Wed at 10 and my hair was not at all what I wanted when she was finished..She was supposed to do the pixy bob and my hair had so much gaps that you could actually see my scalp. My back was all messed up. called her several time and left messages and she ignored all my calls and texts I even sent her pictures that my daughter took of the back of my hair and still no response. I was very unhappy of how my hair was just coming out in the back on the same day she braided it and how jacked-up my hair was and for her to not care at all..she charged 130.00 for this mess of a hair do. I'am warning everyone not to go to this shop nor purchase anything because she is very unprofessional. I took a loss by trusting her to do my hair and believing that she could actually give me the style I had asked for and showed her several times. Here are some photos of my hair. I would NEVER RECOMMENDED ANYONE TO HER SHOP. GOD WILL HANDLE YOU FOR THE WAY YOU TREATED ME. UNJUST DON'T PROSPER
Wonderful hair store! Love the people and they are great with business... The other review is upset that they can't return hair -- no Hairstore will let you return hair that's nasty and as a customer.... I don't want returned hair. Anyways. The owners are dolls and they will forever have my business!!!

I like the wide variety and quality of wigs and weaves that they have. They are Christians, professional, respectful and courteous. I've shopped all over the east coast and they rank in the top 10. The 1st rater needs to remember that ALL hair and beauty supply stores have a "NO RETURN" policy on hair and weaves; it's not personal it's standard procedure.
