Inconsistent prices! Never on time! Horrible customer service.

They were the cheapest cab company by far in the Charleston/Mattoon/Champaign area. They took me to/from the UofI willard airport in Champaign to Charleston for $60 each way. All of the other cab companies wanted $90-$98 each way, so I appreciated the cheaper cost! The dispachers were very nice, and the cab driver arrived half an hour prior to my pickup (which was set at 5 AM!). However, he was also nice and didn't start the meter even though I kept him waiting for awhile while I finished getting ready and gathering my things. I would definitely recommend them!
