        great place with awesome food

        Very happy with the food and service. They have awesome TVs and a friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be back this summer to spend some time on the patio.

        Sorry to see the poor ratings....

        Sorry to see the poor ratings. The times I've been there, it's been fun, pleasant, and the service was fine for those who are not in a big hurry. I thought the food was fine also. I'll definitely try it again and encourage the managers to improve what may be going wrong. Charles City needs s restaurant bar in that location!

        Been there several times with ...

        Been there several times with friends and family and each time the service is horrible. Also heard the food inspections have notes about mouse/rat droppings and cockroach issues in kitchen. Would NEVER eat there and won't go back as would'nt get any service anyway. There isn't a lot of choices in Charles City but anywhere but this place is a better option.
