I want you to know how instrumental you are in my living a healthy and full life since I moved to Chapel Hill. Having had long-term dental issues and a number of 40-year-old crowns, I am truly blessed you were highly recommended by several new friends. I have 2 friends up North who are now dealing with major health issues because of complicated dental and gum problems. Thanks to you, I have been spared!

Everyone in the office is great. Dr. Roberts is professional, friendly, explains everything well, and when required very good with his novacaine needles. I believe Cathy/Kathy is my second or third hygienist and she, like the others, is great. I truly dont mind- ok Ill say it- enjoy going to the dentist!

I go to the Franklin Street location, though I may have to switch this up since Sunrise recently opened a new venue that's in the Southpoint area where I live. This is one of those dentists that runs coupons in the ValPak Mailers. I've always thought this a bit questionable -- what kind of scary dentist, the type who has to offer buy-one-get-one-free extractions to attract penny-pinching customers, was I in store for? But you can relax -- Sunrise is just like every other dentist I've been to (and after two sets of braces, headgear, and every other orthodontic procedure imaginable, I've certainly seen my fair share of offices); aquariums with fishies, a lounge stocked with books and magazines, brightly painted murals in the cleaning rooms.

Dr. Roberts is beyond awesome! He is kind and compassionate and has a gentle nature. He puts one at ease. He shows genuine concern and made sure I was okay during and after. The fact that he would take the time to call and make sure I was doing okay meant so very much! You are indeed blessed to have him as part of your team! He is an asset and I have and will continue to refer people to him. My entire family are patients there now! Thanks for having him as part of your staff!

Dinah Vice offers the best customer service of any dentist I've every been to. Plus, the convience of being able to set appointments in Raleigh and Chapel Hill is great and wonderful for my family. If you need your teeth whitened they will do it for half price and it's quick and easy. Tell them you heard about them from Citysearch and get special rates.

The chairs here even have shiatsu massage, to really put you at ease. Ashamed to admit it, but -- in addition to regular check-ups -- I've also had a few fillings done here and it's always handled quickly and professionally (and is also a lot more pain-free than I remember them being at age 7!)

I had a tooth pulled at Sunrise Dentist. They have a nice office,but you pay for it.They pulled my tooth and the nitros oxide didn't work.After they pulled my tooth I had to use the rest room and they do not have one in the back so they took me to the only one in the waiting room where there was somone in there. So I had to stand there with my mouth bleading and about to pee on my self and the nurse left. Then they gave me 3 little pieces of guaze that wouldn't soak up hardly anything and I had to beg for more guaze. I will not be returning there!!Had better dental care in the marines!
