I needed to install a new smart lock and after looking at various options chose Circle City Lock and Key Locksmith. Their technician showed up at exactly the scheduled time. He didn't have a mask with him, but wore one I gave him without complaint. He was very professional and very quickly rekeyed the lock to match the rest in my house and then installed the new lock. He was done with everything in under a half hour and overall it was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with someone contracted to come do work on our house. I would highly recommend them if you need locksmith services.

I needed someone to install a dead bolt. Brett did a great job. He arrived on time, was extremely polite and even cleaned up before he left. In the future this is who I will contact.

I lost my car keys and wanted a locksmith to first unlock my car then make new transponder key. Circle City Lock & Key did all that plus repaired my mailbox lock with new keys. They performed the work with expertise, great attitude, on budget. I would recommend them for any sort of locksmith work but especially the auto locksmith because they have the latest best key programming equipment.

Extremely happy with this company. Called on a Sunday and they said they could be there 20-30 minutes later....and they were! Jason was terrific and helped me feel a bit calmer and better about what had happened. I also appreciate and respect the fact that they are very careful about proper identification of the homeowner so they know they are letting in only who should be allowed. Locked out of my home I called this locksmith to come quickly. He arrived within the 30 mins. he stated and had me back inside in short order. His price quote was right on and I was not charged more than the estimate he gave on my initial call. I will most certainly use this guy again.

Great Local Locksmith... the best and he was on time. Jason quoted me a price for the job and that is what I paid. None of the usual locksmith quotes that starts at such and such price... then you're shocked when you get handed the bill. Circle City definitely stands by their advertising of honest pricing. This is the only locksmith I would recommend to my family, friends and co-workers.

Good Locksmiths. I have used them three times before to re-key and change out locks in my rental properties and once to program a transponder key for my son's truck. These guys have reasonable rates and they are local locksmiths that I rely on. Some of the other so called "local locksmiths" have told me that they are just 10-15 minutes away and left me hanging for hours. These guys tell me exactly when they will arrive. They are professional, wear ID showing their NC locksmith licensing credentials and their work-van is marked with identifying company name. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I lost my car key, needed a new transponder chip one cut, and programmed for my Ford Escape. The dealer wanted $325.00 and said I would have to pay an additional $75- $100 to tow my car to the dealership, plus they were going to be closed for the weekend by the time my vehicle would arrive.

So I called the locksmith at Circle City. He came over to my place and cut 2 keys and programmed them for almost half the cost I would have incurred going to the dealership.
