My husband and I went to this location last night. A Gentlemen in front of us got seated immediately and we had to wait right after him for about 5 or 6 minutes then we got noticed. When we were seated the waitress gave no eye contact and rushed off. Once we ordered she was looking off to everyone else amd not really listening to us. Half way through our meal two gentlemen got seated behind us and she took their order. She proceeds to laugh and have a conversation and make sure she listened to EVERY word they said. When she brought our food my husband ordered hot wings and they were anything but hot. He got his half of the order and I got half of mine. I have a side of curly fries and cheese sauce and it took 15 minutes to get those. Once the check was about to come is when she finally asked how everything was and smiled. She didnt want to give good service until she was about to receive her tip. Pictures below are the women restroom. Will not be going back for a long time.

One of my co-workers decides to order wings. I ordered wings as well and paid extra for drums only. He drives 20 minutes to pick them up and when he returns the wrong order is in the bag. I get shrimp. I call the manager he asks what was on the order and the name it was under. I figured he was going to look up the order I placed 40 minutes before. He says my order will be ready, so I drive 20 minutes there and pick them up because now I'm in a hurry I didn't check the bag for sauces. Now it has been an hour and 20 minutes since I ordered my food. I have diabetes so I really need to eat. So when I get back I have dry wings and no sauces and wings and drums. I call the manger, I have no sauces, no paper towels and no fork for my extremely dry cole slaw. His answer. I should have told him I needed them. I figured he was looking at the old order. He took the charge off of my card before I called back the second time.or at least said he would. It's not about the money it's about just getting what I asked for . Carry out, delivery and restaurants are convenience. If I wanted a hassle I would have made them myself. I'm not one to complain, but I'm going way out of my way for this one. Thanks Mr. Manager for taking care of me.
