Titan Moving and Storage

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I had furniture picked up 6/26 and only just got delivery today on 7/18. I paid for expedited and was told that my furniture was coming on the truck they loaded it on. EVERY SINGLE PIECE of furniture I own was damaged including an irreplaceable custom made bed. They claim they do not subcontract but the delivery company was a storage company that did not even want to bring furniture in. I have a house full of broken or ruined furniture. The company delivering wasn't even expecting to bring anything inside. Everything I own is ruined. Don't believe anything said and don't use this company

We have had less than positive experiences in the past with other movers quoting us a price, and then changing it at the last minute. This seems to happen more often than not in the moving business. In addition, other movers have damaged some precious teak furniture we have, and I was anxious of this happening again. Titan Moving gave us a very reasonable quote, and adhered to it. In addition, they took special care in wrapping and protecting my mother’s valuable items. Everything was moved efficiently and without a scratch. I will use them again with no hesitation. Top notch!

BEWARE! SCAM! They will take your deposit and then re-quote you on the day they show up! My quote to move my furniture from Florida to California was $9000, I had sent pictures and was very honest about everything. They required a deposit via check of $2,625.00 to lock in my move date. I paid it and flew out to Florida to meet the movers at the house. The day of the move some unmarked truck with a bunch of guys shows up saying I have to pay them $21,000! No way I was paying a $12,000 difference so now they refuse to give me my deposit back! This has been a nightmare and I hope no one else has to go through what my family and I have had to go through.

I recently had to move to Florida from my home state of Tennessee. After researching moving companies to pick my best option, I decided to chose Titan Moving. They responded in a timely fashion to my call and were at my residence within an hour and a half. The men that helped us move were friendly, they handled all of our items with care. They took such great care of my belongings that it almost seemed like they were moving themselves. The men that helped me move were very understanding and trustworthy. None of my items ended up lost or stolen and Titan Moving made moving so much easier for me. Titan Moving is a great company and I recommend them to anyone that needs a moving company. Great company, great service, and great care.
