I took my Macbook Air to Randy after spilling ice tea all over it in hopes of copying all my internal data onto an external hard drive. The laptop would not turn on or charge at all and apple told me the cost to repair it would be around $800. Not only did Randy copy all of the data onto an external hard drive, he was able to get the laptop working and running normally. I had little to no hope left before taking it to the consultant, and am now extremely amazed by the results. I was just thinking that he'd somehow be able to retrieve all my data from a seemingly dead laptop but Randy was able to get my laptop working again and that itself went beyond my expectations. He was super nice and worked a miracle with my laptop!!

I would definitely recommend his work and expertise to anyone in a situation like this or having any issues with their devices in general.

When my computer crashed, I didn't know what to do. RMACS was the closest Apple repair specialist to me, so I took a chance and gave them a call. Randy answered all of my questions and, through that conversation, I knew that my computer would be in good hands.

RMACS exceeded all expectations. Randy was a true professional in all aspects - he was caring, honest, reasonably priced and extremely knowledgeable. As a result, my computer is running flawlessly now!

I highly recommend RMACS to anyone needing any sort of iMac repair. You will not be disappointed!

Randy is readily available via e-mail and mobile phone and, in an emergency, is quickly responsive in person, understanding my needs and concerns. He not only quickly diagnoses and corrects hardware and software problems, but he always advises me on my options and the relative costs and time frames involved – before he begins work. When the Apple store said my email could not be retrieved and was gone--Randy was able to restore it. If not for his efforts, I would have lost 3 years of email. He is terrific!!!

I would highly recommend RMACS to anyone experiencing problems with their Apple computer. Randy is honest, prompt and committed to solving problems. He installed a new hard-drive for me when mine crashed and helped me to get set up with a rock-solid backup system. I will use RMACS in the future and have already recommended him to friends.

When all else fails, call RMACS

I got Randy`s name from Apple when I asked if they could recommend a good independent Mac service tech. This was after lugging my G5 to an Apple store (paying for the service) for a memory chip problem, and realizing that it was still malfunctioning when I booted up at home. I contacted Randy immediately. He came out within a few days and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. Since then he has serviced my Mac on other occasions, and I have nothing but praise for his competency, advise, fair pricing, discussion regarding options, and thorough attention to my questions. I have been using Randy for some years now, and would recommend him without the least hesitation.

A Local Gem

Randy repaired my college daughter's laptop so she had no downtime at school. He is competent ,knowledgeable and honest. We asked for his business cards because everyone should find a gem like RMACS. And Randy is a really nice person that could explain the problem to a non-tech mom. Fair pricing.

Randy has helped me resolve some difficult printer issues with grace and good humor. My printers are old and not supported by the manufacturers, so making them work with my new iMac was challenging. Randy came the same day and stayed until everything was resolved - which was great because I had to print the materials for a presentation tomorrow. Great service with a personal touch! Randy "Mac" is a dedicated, on time and capable Macintosh professional. He was referred to me by the Mac Store in Clarendon and has been my regular computer assistant since that time. He gladly makes house calls and has helped me set up a complex wireless network, clean out computers that were running slowly, put back up systems in place, transfer a very large Entourage email account to Mail and generally been a competent set of helping hands. Knowing that he is available to help takes a great deal of worry out of servicing our Mac computers.

Sick Puppy

I had a very sick puppy that needed a transplant. Randy found a donor and performed the operation in a quick turn around time and my G4 is now up and running perfectly. I would recommend Randy to any friend with a sick Mac.

Need help with a MAC computer system? Look no further - call Randy McMillan. Randy is a MAC pro..he's got the certs and skills to fix any problem with your MAC system. I've had some pretty challenging issues! Randy figured out the problems and fixed them. I had a huge problem with my Apple TV not synching with my iMAC. I had an Apple warranty..but they could not fix my problems. Randy fixed it! I had another issue with a corrupted OS X system - nothing worked....Randy fixed it. I trust this guy with my system. If you need help with MAC, call Randy MAC @ RMACS...tell him Tom sent you!!!

I am a photographer who needs a fair amount of computing power, a lot of storage and excellent back up and recovery. Randy rescued my less than one year old MacPro from disaster and helped me implement a number of things that will help me stay up and running going forward.
