Very communicative about arrival time. Pleasant and great to work with - they even told us the previous owner didn't have the dryer vent up to code and they were able to replace it on the spot as part of the cleaning service. Highly recommend.

Called these guys to clean out a dryer sheet stuck in dryer duct (fire hazard). Booking was an absolute breeze! I scheduled it for next day. They gave me a small window and arrived promptly. Our dryer is now super clean and I am going to call these guys again to clean our ducts. Ah the woes of having a super loving and hairy golden retriever.
